تحلیلی بر وضعیت توسعه گردشگری و موانع عمده جذب گردشگر در شهرها (نمونه موردی: مهاباد)

گردشگری، به‌منزله فعالیتی که در دنیای امروزی توان اثرگذاری بر فرایند توسعه متوازن و خردورزانه را در همه دنیا به نمایش گذاشته، مورد توجه گروه وسیعی از سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان نظام‌های سیاسی و مدیران اجرایی در کشورها و شهرهای مختلف قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، به بررسی و تحلیل موانع توسعه گردشگری در شهرستان مهاباد پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش براساس نوع هدف، کاربردی و روش تحقیق در آن توصیفی‌ـ تحلیلی است. همچنین، شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها نیز اسنادی‌ـ پیمایشی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌ای تدوین و در چند بعد در زمینه توسعه گردشگری و موانع توسعه گردشگری بین گردشگران وارد‌شده به مهاباد توزیع شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که موانع قانونی، اقتصادی و کالبدی، طبیعی و جغرافیایی سه مشکل جدی در توسعه گردشگری شهری شهرستان مهاباد است. موانع قانونی (آیین‌نامه‌ها و مقررات) مهم‌ترین مانع در توسعه گردشگری شهری شهرستان مهاباد است. پس از آن، به ترتیب موانع کالبدی، طبیعی و جغرافیایی، موانع اقتصادی، موانع آموزش و زمینه‌سازی، موانع فرهنگی و فقدان جاذبه‌های کافی به ترتیب مهم‌ترین موانع توسعه گردشگری و جذب گردشگر شهری مهاباد است.

An Investigation on the barriers to the development of Mahabad tourism industry

AbstractTourism as a an Activity that has shown the power of influence on the process of an equal and intellectual development on a worldwide scale in Modern times, has drawn the attention of a wide spectrum of politicians and political system programmers and executive managers from different countries and cities. In this research an Investigation on the barriers to the development of Mahabad tourism industry, ‍is studied . this research’s goal category is functional , its research method is analysisdescriptive ,and its data accumulation method is documentarysurvey. For analyzing the available Data and information a questionnaire was edited and distributed in relation to several perspectives in relation to Tourism development and urbane Economics in Mahabad. The results indicate that Legal barriers, economical and skeletal ‍barriers ,natural and geographical barriers are three serious barriers to the Tourism development of Mahabad city . legal barriers ( bylaw and regulations) are the most important barriers that face the Tourism development ‍of Mahabad. Then skeletal barriers, natural and geographical , economical , educational and preparatory barrier, cultural barriers and lack of enough Tourism attractions , if put in order, are the most important obstacles to the development of tourism and urbane tourism attractions and accordingly to the urbane economics of Mahabad city .
