تدوین استراتژی توسعه گردشگری پایدار (منطقه 12 شهر تهران) با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری

صنعت گردشگری امروزه به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین صنعت خدماتی در جهان شناخته می‌شود. چراکه علاوه بر ارتقاء ابعاد اقتصادی بر گسترش عدالت اجتماعی و تقویت هویت ملی نیز تاثیرگذار است. دراین‌بین گردشگری شهری یکی از گرایش‌های اساسی صنعت گردشگری است که به دلیل وجود جاذبه‌های تاریخی و فرهنگی متنوع و ارزشمند شهرها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردارند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تدوین استراتژی توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری در منطقه 12 شهر تهران با رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری می‌باشد. این پژوهش ازنظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. برای تدوین استراتژی توسعه گردشگری پایدار (منطقه 12 شهر تهران) با استفاده ازنظرات خبرگان شامل اساتید دانشگاهی و مراکز پژوهشی از طریق روش دلفی عوامل تعیین شناسایی شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری ism بهره گرفته‌شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را خبرگان آشنا با صنعت گردشگری در استان تهران تشکیل می‌دهند و از 18 نفر از خبرگان در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه استفاده‌شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عامل‌های تدوین سیاست‌های کلی و منطقه‌ای روشن در حوزه گردشگری جهت جذب گردشگر، ارتقاء سطح فرهنگ مردم در راستای برخورد و پذیرش گردشگر، افزایش سطح امنیت عمومی جامعه از تاثیرگذارترین عوامل توسعه گردشگری پایدار در منطقه به‌حساب می‌آیند.

Sustainable Tourism Development Strategy with StructuralInterpretive Modeling Approach Case Study: Region12 of Tehran

The tourism industry is now recognized as the world’s largest provider of services in terms of income, which has, in addition to economic dimensions, expanded social justice and strengthened national identity. Meanwhile, urban tourism is one of the basic foundations of sustainable urban development. Urban tourism has received great attention due to its competitive advantages and abilities. The purpose of this research is to develop a sustainable tourism development strategy in the 12th district of Tehran with a structuralinterpretation modeling approach. This research is descriptiveanalytical in terms of applied purpose. To determine the strategy for sustainable tourism development (District 12 of Tehran), using expert opinions including university professors and research centers, the factors were determined by the Delphi method. ISM InterpretativeStructural Modeling is used to analyze the information. The statistical population of this research is made up of experts familiar with the tourism industry in Tehran province and has been used by 18 experts as examples. The results show that the factors of elaboration of clear and comprehensive regional policies in the field of tourism for attracting tourists, promoting the level of people’s culture in the course of dealing with and accepting tourists, increasing the level of public safety of the society, the most influential factors of sustainable tourism development in the region Coming.
