ارزیابی عناصر موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر ارومیه

لازمه ابقا و توسعه گردشگری عوامل و عناصری است که گردشگری بر اساس آن‌ها شکل می‌گیرد و با عنوان عناصر اولیه (جاذبه‌های گردشگری) و عناصر ثانویه (خدمات گردشگری) شناخته می‌شوند و گردشگری بدون در نظر گرفتن این عناصر اعتباری ندارد. این عوامل در گردشگری شهری و توسعه آن نقش مهمی دارند و عامل مهمی در جذب و ماندگاری گردشگر در شهرها به‌حساب می‌آیند. در این راستا هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی عناصر موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر ارومیه می‌باشد. در این تحقیق به دو عنصر خدمات گردشگری و جاذبه‌های گردشگری که در توسعه گردشگری شهری تاثیر دارند پرداخته‌شده است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از آمار توصیفی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. طبق نتایج مدل‌سازی تخمین معادلات ساختاری جاذبه‌های گردشگری با ضریب مستقیم و مثبت 0.99 و خدمات گردشگری با ضریب مستقیم و مثبت 0.85 در توسعه گردشگری شهری شهر ارومیه نقش دارند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد وضعیت جاذبه‌های طبیعی به دلیل آب‌وهوای مطبوع و وجود جاذبه‌های طبیعی و منابع و توانمندی‌ها به‌ویژه به دلیل طبیعت بکر و توان‌های طبیعی و آب‌وهوای مطبوع که به دلیل موقعیت جغرافیای که دارد، مناسب ارزیابی‌شده است ولی وضعیت خدمات و امکانات ارائه‌شده گردشگری شهری این شهر آن‌چنان‌که باید توجه نشده است.

According to the results of modeling, the estimation of structural equations of tourism attraction with a direct and positive coefficient of 0.99 and tourism services with a direct and positive coefficient of 0.85 in urban tourism in Urmia. The results showed that among the elements effective in urban tourism, tourism attraction with a direct and positive effect of 0.99 and with the tstatistic of 12.65 had the most impact on urban tourism in Urmia. In general, tourists are more satisfied with Urmia's resources, characteristics and abilities than the services provided by the city's urban tourism. The results also show that tourists are most satisfied with the attractions of the city of Urmia in terms of natural attractions (climate, green space, forest, natural landscapes, outstanding environmental features, etc.). ), And cultural and human attractions. Among the indicators of urban services, the most satisfaction was the availability of available store services in the city, how the people of Urmia met the tourists, the quality of restaurants and dining in the city.
