شناسایی عوامل تاٌثیرگذار در توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری ( ism )، مطالعه موردی: شهر خرم آباد

گردشگری یک فعالیت پویا، متنوع، پاکیزه و نیز یکی از بخش‌های رشد یابنده در سیستم اقتصاد ملی به شمار می‌رود، گردشگری به عنوان فعالیتی چند وجهی دارای اثرات مثبت از قبیل اشتغال‌زایی، کسب درآمد، جذب ارز و همچنین تقویت زیرساخت‌ها است و پس از صنعت نفت و خودروسازی سومین منبع درآمدزای جهان است. صنعت گردشگری در ایران با وجود پتانسیل مناسب، نتوانسته به سهم قابل قبولی در محاسبه درآمد ملی دست یابد، شهر خرم‌آباد یکی از مناطق پر جاذبه، دارای پتانسیل‌ها و میراث ارزشمند گردشگری به‌ عنوان پایلوت توسعه پایدار گردشگری و دارای شناسنامه جهانی، امکانی مناسب برای توسعه پایدار شهری بر پایه گردشگری پدید آورده است، هدف مقاله، تحلیل عوامل موٌثر در توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهر خرم‌آباد در راستای کمک به توسعه صنعت توریسم و تبدیل شهر به یک مقصد گردشگری بین المللی پایدار و رقابتی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش، بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و از نوع توسعه ای استراتژیک می‌باشد در این مقاله، ابتدا عوامل تاثیرگذار بر گردشگری خرم آباد لیست شدند، اهمیت نسبی عوامل کلیدی استراتژیک موجود به روش دلفی و با نظر کارشناسان تعیین گردیدند و 14 عامل با اهمیت بیشتر در توسعه گردشگری در شهر خرم آباد، انتخاب شدند. سپس با استفاده از متدولوژی تحلیلی نوین، تحت عنوان مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ism‎) روابط بین این عوامل تعیین و بصورت یکپارچه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و ضمن بررسی ارتباط و تعیین توالی عوامل موثر در گردشگری شهر خرم آباد، عواملِ مذکور سطح بندی شدند.

Identifying factors influencing on Sustainable Tourism Development using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) in Khorramabad

Tourism is regarded as a dynamic, diverse and clear activity as well as one of the growing parts in national economy system of countries. As a multidimension activity, tourism has many positive effects such as job creation, income acquisition, foreign exchange attraction as well as strengthening infrastructure. After oil industry and automation industry, tourism is the third source of income in the world. In spite of appropriate potential, Iranian tourism industry has not been able to reach an acceptable share in national income computation. As an attractive city, Khorramabad has created tourism potential and valuable inheritance, as a sustainable development pilot of tourism with global ID and an appropriate possibility for urban sustainable development based on tourism. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the factors influencing sustainable tourism development in Khorramabad in order to help tourism industry development and change the city into a competitive and sustainable international tourism destination. This research was an applied study with strategic developmental design. In this article, the factors affecting khorramabad tourism were firstly identified and the relative importance of key strategic factors was determined using Delphi method. Analyzing the identified factors, 14 factors with the highest important in tourism development of Khorramabad were selected. Then, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), the relation between tourism development and these factors was analyzed and the factors were ranked
