بررسی اثر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران فستیوال گل و گلاب قمصر و نیاسر بر کیفیت و ارزش ادراک شده از خدمات

تاثیرگذارترین مولفه‌های توسعه گردشگری تصویر ذهنی گردشگران می­باشد. تصویر ذهنی مجموعه‌ای از باورها و نظراتی است که یک فرد نسبت به یک مقصد دارد. فستیوال گلاب‌گیری به‌عنوان رویدادی تاثیرگذار در توسعه گردشگری هرساله در مناطق گردشگری شهرستان کاشان برگزار می‌شود و بدین روی گردشگران زیادی را به خود جلب می‌کند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر تصویر ذهنی گردشگران فستیوال گلاب‌گیری بر کیفیت ادراک‌شده از عناصر ملموس، ناملموس و ارزش خدمات در دو منطقه قمصر و نیاسر است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی است. روش بررسی توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی می‌باشد. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده از طریق پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و amos تجزیه‌وتحلیل و مدل‌سازی شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تصویر ذهنی گردشگران از مقصد بر کیفیت ادراک‌شده از عوامل ملموس و ناملموس با بارهای عاملی 0.87 و 0.86 اثر معناداری داشته است. اما اثر تصویر ذهنی مقصد بر ارزش ادراک‌شده با سطح معناداری بالاتر از 0.05 مورد تایید قرار نگرفته است. همچنین اثرگذاری نقش واسط کیفیت عوامل ناملموس ادراک‌شده بر ارزش ادراک‌شده از خدمات با کسب بار عاملی 0.64 مورد تایید قرار می‌گیرد. اما کیفیت عوامل ملموس ادراک‌شده بر ارزش ادراک‌شده اثر معناداری نداشته است.

Investigating the effect of tourists’ mental image of Qamsar and Niasar Flower & Golab Festival on quality and perceived value of services

The issue of urban tourism in large cities such as Tehran has great importance for the leisure of the people in the city. One of the most important recreation destinations in the city, which has attracted tourists in recent years, is Chitgar recreation Area, located in the west of Tehran. In present study according to the goal of study which is assessing the recreation development status in mentioned area, two models that are COPRAS and BOCR models were used. In order to combine both models, main criteria of BOCR which means economical, social and environmental issues considered as model’s inputs in COPRAS model. Results reveal that in BOCR model, economical and social advantages with allocation of 0.46 score have taken most impact while economical costs (0.16 score) have taken lowest impact in compare to others. Results from COPRAS model shows economical, social and environmental issues with allocation of 0.052, 0.021 and 0.013 COPRAS score have most influence from recreation development respectively. However, in contrast to the BOCR model, Effectiveness of subcriteria will not be recognizable. In both methods environmental issues identified in undesirable condition and due to this matter recreation development in this area needs to pay attention and develop the environmental conditions.
