ارزیابی وضعیت توسعه تفرج شهری با استفاده از ترکیب مدل‌های کوپراس و بوسیار (مطالعه موردی: منطقه چیتگر شهر تهران)

موضوع گردشگری شهری در شهرهای بزرگی ازجمله تهران، دارای اهمیتی فراوانی برای گذران فراغت شهروندان محسوب می‌شود. یکی از نقاط تفرجی مهم شهر تهران که در سال‌های اخیر بسیار موردتوجه مردم قرارگرفته است، منطقه تفرجی چیتگر می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی وضعیت توسعه تفرج محیطی چیتگر، با استفاده از مدل کوپراس و بوسیار می­باشد. به‌منظور ترکیب هر دو مدل، معیارهای دخیل در مدل بوسیار یعنی مسائل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی در مدل کوپراس به‌عنوان ورودی مدل در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مدل بوسیار، مزیت مسائل اقتصادی و اجتماعی با اختصاص نمره 0.46 بیش‌ترین تاثیر را از رشد تفرج در این منطقه پذیرفته‌اند درحالی‌که هزینه‌های اقتصادی آن (نمره 0.16) کم‌ترین تاثیرپذیری را داشته است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از روش کوپراس نیز نشان داد که مسائل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی به ترتیب با کسب نمره کوپراس 0.052، 0.021 و 0.013 بیش‌ترین تاثیرپذیری را داشته‌اند. با این تفاوت که برخلاف روش بوسیار اثربخشی زیر معیارها در این روش قابل‌تشخیص و ارزیابی نیستند. در هر دو روش جنبه‌های محیط‌زیستی منطقه دارای شرایط نامطلوبی شناسایی شدند که بر اساس آن توسعه تفرج در این منطقه ملزم به توجه و ارتقای شرایط محیط‌زیستی منطقه می‌باشد.

Assessment of Urbanrecreation development status using combination of COPRAS and BOCR models (Case study: Chitgar district in Tehran city)

Abstract The issue of urban tourism in large cities such as Tehran has great importance for the leisure of the people in the city. One of the most important recreation destinations in the city, which has attracted tourists in recent years, is Chitgar recreation Area, located in the west of Tehran. In present study according to the goal of study which is assessing the recreation development status in mentioned area, two models that are COPRAS and BOCR models were used. In order to combine both models, main criteria of BOCR which means economical, social and environmental issues considered as model’s inputs in COPRAS model. Results reveal that in BOCR model, economical and social advantages with allocation of 0.46 score have taken most impact while economical costs (0.16 score) have taken lowest impact in compare to others. Results from COPRAS model shows economical, social and environmental issues with allocation of 0.052, 0.021 and 0.013 COPRAS score have most influence from recreation development respectively. However, in contrast to the BOCR model, Effectiveness of subcriteria will not be recognizable. In both methods environmental issues identified in undesirable condition and due to this matter recreation development in this area needs to pay attention and develop the environmental conditions.
