ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی تفرجگاه های شهری (منطقه موردی: منطقه گردشگری مروارید شهر نکا)

با افزایش جمعیت و کاهش دسترسی شهروندان به محیط های باز و طبیعی، نیاز به گردش و تفریح و توسعه تفرجگاه های شهری بیش از پیش احساس می شود. صنعت گردشگری دارای مزایای متعددی است. از جمله این مزایا نقش چشمگیر این صنعت در بهبود وضع اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم است. گردشگری در محیط طبیعی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی صورت می پذیرد و دارای تاثیرات متعدد و متنوعی است که تاثیر بر محیط زیست یکی از آن هاست. چنانچه توسعه گردشگری بر اساس نگرش های زیست محیطی و پایداری توسعه نباشد در طول زمان اثرات منفی بسیاری بر محیط زیست وارد می شود و تخریب ان را بدنبال دارد. انجام مطالعات ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی از جمله روش های شناسایی اثرات محتمل توسعه و کاهش اختلالات زیست محیطی و اطمینان از پایداری توسعه گردشگری است.یکی از رایج ترین روش های ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی، ماتریس لئوپولد است. اثرات اجرای پروژه در دو فاز ساختمانی و بهره برداری مشخص گردید. همچنین چک لیست اثرات مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پروژه چه در مرحله ساختمانی و چه در مرحله بهره برداری دارای پیامد منفی با میانگین رده بندی 3.1 نمی باشد، در نتیجه توسعه منطقه گردشگری مروارید شهر نکا با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات زیست محیطی و راهکارهای کاهش اثرات منفی و ضعیف تایید می شود.

Environmental Impact Assessment of Urban Recreation (Case Study: Morvarid Tourism Area of Neka)

With the increase in population and the reduction of citizens’ access to open and natural environments, the need to circulate and recreate urban sprawl is felt more and more. The tourism industry has several advantages. One of these benefits is the industry’s remarkable role in improving the economic and social conditions of the people. Tourism is conducted in the natural, cultural and social environment, and has many and varied impacts that impact on the environment is one of them. If tourism development does not develop on the basis of environmental and sustainable development, over time, many negative impacts on the environment will be generated and destroyed. Environmental impact assessment studies are among the ways to identify potential impacts of development and reduction of environmental disruptions and ensure the sustainability of tourism development. One of the most common methods for assessing environmental impacts is the Leopold matrix. The effects of project implementation were identified in two phases of construction and operation. The effects checklist was also analyzed. The results of the research showed that the project, both in the construction phase and in the exploitation phase, has no negative outcomes with a mean score of 1/3, as a result of the development of the Nevada pearl tourism area taking into account environmental considerations and negative impact reduction strategies, poorly approved.
