ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی طرح گردشگری دره گردو اراک

علی‌رغم مزایای فراوان صنعت گردشگری در بهبود شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم، چنانچه گسترش این صنعت با سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و برنامه‌های منطبق بر نگرش زیست‌محیطی همراه نباشد، همچنین بر پایداری توسعه تاکید نکند و به‌صورت مجموعه‌ای همه‌جانبه و پویا مدنظر قرار نگیرد، در میان‌مدت تاثیرات منفی فراوانی بر محیط زیست می‌گذارد. در همین راستاانجام مطالعات ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی، از جمله روش‌های مطلوب دستیابی به اهدافتوسعه پایدار به‌شمار می‌رود. منطقه نمونه گردشگری دره‌گردو با وسعت 100 هکتار در جنوب شهر اراک قرار دارد. به‌منظور ارزیابی اثرات زیست‌محیطی اجرای پژوهش حاضر ابتدا وضعیت موجود این منطقه شناسایی، سپس با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز (شامل موقعیت جغرافیایی اقلیم منطقه، زمین‌شناسی، مسائل زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و غیره) اثرات اجرای پروژه در دو فاز ساختمانی و بهره‌برداری مشخص شده است، همچنین براساس تجزیه‌وتحلیل چک‌لیست، اثرات گزینه اجرا یا اجرانکردن پروژه با ملاحظات زیست‌محیطی بررسی، و روش ماتریس ایرانی (ماتریس لئوپلد اصلاح‌شده) برای ارزیابی زیست‌محیطی پروژه انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد آثار پروژه در فاز ساختمانی 0/95+، در فاز بهره‌برداری 0/62+ و جمع جبری 1/57+ است؛ بنابراین، در صورت رعایت تمام ملاحظات محیط زیستی و پایش مداوم، امکان اجرای این طرح میسر است.

Assessment of the Environmental Effects of the Tourism Project in DarrehGerdoo Arak

Despite the vast benefits of tourism industry in improving people’s economic and social conditions, if the expansion of this industry does not accompany with environmental policies and plans, also does not emphasize the sustainability of development, and is not considered as a comprehensive dynamic range, it can have many negative effects on the environment in the mediumrun. In this regard, environmental impact assessment studies are among the most appropriate ways to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The sample region of DarrehGerdoo with an area of 100 hectares is located in the south of the Arak city. In order to assess the environmental impacts of the present research, first, the existing status of this region was identified, then by collecting the required information (including geographical, climatic, geological, environmental, economic, social, cultural, etc. location of the region) the effects of project implementation in the two phases of construction and operation was determined. Also, based on the checklist analysis, the effects of implementing or not implementing the project with environmental considerations were investigated, and the Iranian matrix (modified Leopold Matrix) method was selected for environmental assessment of the project. Results showed that the project effect in the construction phase is +0.95, in the exploitation phase is +0.63, and its algebraic sum is +1.57; therefore, if all environmental considerations and continuous monitoring are observed, it will be possible to implement this project.
