بازشناسی پیشایندها و پسایندهای توسعۀ چابکی ذهنیِ مستعدان رهبری نظامی به کمک ترکیب تحلیل تماتیک و دیمتل فازی

زمینه و هدف: چابکی ذهنی برای رهبران نظامی حیاتی است و تاثیر زیادی بر اثربخشی آن‌ها در برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای عملیات‌های نظامی دارد. بنابراین، تقویت چابکی ذهنی رهبران مستعد، مسئولیت اساسی آموزش عالی در نیروهای مسلح است. این تحقیق به شناسایی عواملی که به بهبود چابکی ذهنی رهبران نظامی کمک می‌کند و نتایج ناشی از آن می‌پردازد.روش: این مطالعه از رویکرد توسعه‌ای-کاربردی با استفاده از روش‌های توصیفی-زمینه‌ای بهره می‌برد. داده‌ها از طریق تحقیقات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شده و با استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک و دیمتل فازی ( در محیط پایتون 3.11 ) تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. این تحقیق بر ادبیات علمی مرتبط با چابکی ذهنی تمرکز دارد و یک پرسشنامه به 15 فرمانده، مدیر و استاد متخصص در یک سازمان نظامی توزیع شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهای هوش هیجانی، شایستگی اجتماعی، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، توانایی‌های شناختی، تنوع تجربه، انطباق‌پذیری و انعطاف‌پذیری به‌ترتیب مهم‌ترین پیشایندهای توسعه چابکی ذهنی رهبران نظامی است و متغیرهای تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی، رهبری نوآورانه، حل بهینۀ مسئله، مدیریت موثر تغییر، پویایی و عملکرد تیمی و گرایش به یادگیری به‌ترتیب مهم‌ترین پسایندهای توسعه چابکی ذهنی رهبران نظامی هستند.نتیجه‌گیری: جمع‌بندی نشان می‌دهد با توسعه پیشایندهای چابکی ذهنی می‌توان فرماندهانی را پرورش داد که قادر به تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی، رهبری نوآورانه، حل بهینه مسئله، مدیریت موثر تغییر، پویایی و عملکرد تیمی و گرایش به یادگیری بیشتر در صحنه نبرد هستند.

recognizing antecedents and consequences developing mental agility of military leaders based on combined methodology of thematic analysis and fuzzy dematel

background and objective: mental agility is vital for military leaders, significantly influencing their effectiveness in planning and implementing military operations. thus, enhancing the mental agility of promising leaders is an essential responsibility of higher education in the armed forces. this research aims to identify the factors that contribute to and the outcomes that arise from improved mental agility among military leaders.method: this study adopts a developmental-applied approach using descriptive-contextual methods. data were collected through both field and library research and analyzed using thematic analysis and fuzzy dematel with python 3.11. the research focuses on scientific literature related to mental agility, with a questionnaire distributed to 15 selected commanders, managers, and expert professors in a military organization.findings: the findings indicate that emotional intelligence, social competence, personality traits, cognitive abilities, diverse experiences, adaptability, and flexibility are crucial for developing mental agility in military leaders. in turn, this mental agility fosters enhanced strategic decision-making, innovative leadership, optimal problem-solving, effective change management, improved team dynamics, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.conclusion: these results highlight the significance of nurturing the key factors that drive mental agility. by cultivating these skills, commanders can excel in essential areas, thereby optimizing their effectiveness on the battlefield while underscoring the need for ongoing education in military leadership.
