راهبردهای تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در‌ جنگ‌ آینده

هدف: افزایش توان رزمی و دفاعی کشور و کاربرد صحیح یگان‌های نظامی در صحنه‌ نبرد، در گرو ارتقاء سطح آموزش، دانش و مهارت، سرمایه انسانی نیروهای مسلح مبتنی بر شکل جدید جنگ است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تدوین راهبردهای تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه محتوا و فناوری آموزشی در جنگ‌ آینده است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای - کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی و با ‌رویکرد آمیخته انجام ‌شده است. از ابزار کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در حوزه پژوهش استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: پس از احصاء نقاط قوت و ضعف و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای موثر بر تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه محتوا و فناوری آموزشی در جنگ‌ آینده و ایجاد ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی و خارجی (ife و efe) جایگاه و موقعیت تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در نمودار تعیین و ارزیابی موقعیت و رویکرد راهبردی سازمان (space) در موقعیت رقابتی قرار گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش 11 راهبرد در خصوص تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه محتوای و فناوری آموزشی در جنگ‌ آینده را احصاء و الزامات اجرایی شدن آن‌ها را تعیین کرده است

strategies for the training of helicopter pilots in the islamic republic of iran army aviation for future warfare

background and objective:  strengthening our nation’s combat power and effectively utilizing military units on the battlefield depends on enhancing the education, knowledge, and skills of our armed forces in the context of modern warfare. this research seeks to develop effective strategies for training i.r.i.a. pilots in relevant educational content and technologies essential for future conflicts.methodology: this research is classified as developmental-applied and utilizes a descriptive, mixed-methods approach, incorporating both library and field tools to gather pertinent information.findings: through a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting the education of i.r.i.a. pilots, we developed an assessment matrix using internal factor evaluation (ife) and external factor evaluation (efe). this matrix positions our training efforts competitively within the strategic framework (space) and highlights critical areas for enhancement. conclusion; this research identifies 11 targeted strategies aimed at advancing our training and education initiatives.
