آینده پژوهی مدیریت دانش از منظر قرآن‌ و حدیث

هدف: «چگونگی آینده‌پژوهی مدیریت دانش از منظر قرآن کریم و روایات» هدف اصلی این پژوهش بوده است.روش: نوع پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و روش بررسی آن با استفاده از روش‌های آینده‌پژوهی، اکتشافی است. اطلاعات لازم به دو شیوه گردآوری شد: روش کتابخانه‌ای (مشتمل‌ بر آیات قرآن کریم، تفاسیر مرتبط، روایات معصومین (ع) و ‌اسناد و مدارک) و پرسشنامه‌ای. با توجه به اینکه از نرم‌افزار سناریوویزارد برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد، نوع پرسشنامه بسته و به‌صورت ماتریس آثار متقابل و با پیمایش نظرات کارشناسان و متخصصان است. درنهایت شش عامل کلیدی به‌عنوان عوامل پیشران در سناریوویزارد استفاده‌ شده است و با توجه به تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌های متعدد و بهره‌گیری از پنل خبرگان، تعداد یک سناریوی محتمل و قوی از نرم‌افزار سناریوویزارد استخراج‌شده است. یافته‌ها: یک سناریوی قوی از قرآن کریم و روایات در حوزة آینده‌پژوهی استخراج شد که موجب فراگیری، ثبت و نگهداری دانش، سیادت دانش و قرآن کریم به‌عنوان محور اصلی دانش هستند.نتیجه‌گیری: قرآن کریم (به‌خصوص قسم‌های یادشده در قرآن در ارتباط با طبیعت) و احادیث نقل‌شده از معصومین (ع) منابع غنی برای آینده‌پژوهی در حوزه دانش به‌شمار می‌رود که واژه «متوسمین» نقل‌شده در قرآن کریم به انسان‌های آینده‌نگر اشاره دارد

objective: the primary aim of this research is to explore the future of knowledge management from the perspective of the holy quran and hadith.methodology: this study is applied in nature and utilizes exploratory methods for investigation. data was collected through two approaches: a library method, which included verses from the holy quran, related interpretations, narrations from infallibles, and relevant documents, and a questionnaire. the analysis was conducted using scenario wizard software, employing a closed questionnaire structured as a matrix of mutual impacts, based on surveys of experts and specialists. ultimately, six key factors were identified as driving forces for the scenario wizard, leading to the extraction of one plausible and robust scenario through extensive analyses and input from an expert panel.findings: a strong scenario emerged from the holy quran and hadith in the field of future studies, highlighting the importance of knowledge acquisition, preservation, and management, with the quran as the central axis of knowledge.conclusion: the holy quran, particularly its verses related to nature, along with hadiths narrated by the infallible, are considered rich sources for future studies in knowledge management. the term &mutawassimin,& mentioned in the quran, refers to forward-thinking individuals.
