طراحی منشور اخلاق حرفه‌ای نظامی بر پایۀ آموزه‌های شاهنامه فردوسی

زمینه و هدف: اخلاق حرفه‌ای بیانگر اصول و استاندارهای رفتاری است که راهنمای تصمیمات و اقدامات حرفه‌ای‌ها در زمینه‌های مربوط است و ضروری است با ماهیت و الزامات شغلی تناسب داشته باشد. مقاله حاضر با هدف طراحی منشور اخلاق حرفه‌ای نظامی‌ مبتنی بر آموزه‌های شاهنامه فردوسی به رشته تحریر در آمده است. روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی به صورت استقرایی- اکتشافی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون طی سه مرحله کدگذاری انجام شده است. منابع داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش اشعار و ابیات و داستان‌های مرتبط شاهنامه فردوسی است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به وسیله ابزار شبکه مضامین تحلیل شده است.یافته‌ها: اصول و آموزه‌های اخلاقی شناسایی و استخراج شده در قالب پنج مضمون فراگیر تلفیق و دسته‌بندی شده‌اند که عبارتند از: اعتقادات مبنایی، اصول اخلاقی روبط میان‌فردی، اصول ارزشی حرفه نظامی‌گری، رفتارهای اخلاق‌مدارانه (رفتار با مردم و رفتار با نظامیان) و اصول اخلاق در نبرد (بایدها و نبایدهای اخلاق نبرد). نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش آموزه‌های اخلاق نظامی یکی از برترین آثار فرهنگ ملی ایران را استخراج و به دانش موجود در این زمینه افزوده است. ترویج و عمل به این اصول اخلاقی توسط دست‌اندرکاران فرهنگی سازمانی‌های نظامی می‌تواند بنیان‌های فکری، اعتقادی، اخلاقی و رفتاری نظامیان را تقویت کند.

introducing a charter of militaristic professional ethics based on the teachings of ferdowsi’s shahnameh

objective: professional ethics encompass the principles and standards of conduct that guide the decisions and practices of professionals in the respective fields and should be compatible with the nature and requirements of the job. this article was written to design a military code of ethics based on the ethical teachings of ferdowsi’s shahnameh. methodology: this applied research has been conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis strategy. the information sources of the research include the ethical teachings of ferdowsi’s shahnameh related to the military, which were selected purposefully and analyzed and reported through the thematic network tool. findings: the ethical principles and teachings identified and extracted are integrated into five broad themes: basic beliefs, interpersonal ethical principles, the value-based principles of the militaristic profession، ethical behavior (how to interact with people militaries), and ethics principles in battle.originality: this research extracted the teachings of military ethics from one of the best works of iranian national culture and added to the existing knowledge in this field. the promotion and practice of these ethical principles by cultural practitioners of military organizations can strengthen the intellectual, belief, moral, and behavioral foundations of the military.
