راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران متاثر از رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی هند و چین در جنوب غرب آسیا

هدف: تدوین راهبردهای دفاعی کشور در مواجهه با رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی هند و چین در جنوب غرب آسیا (1408- 1403)   روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش از ‌روش گرندد تئوری (نرم‌افزار maxqda20) به‌منظور بررسی مبانی و ارکان جهت‌ساز، از تکنیک دلفی برای احصاء اهداف، منافع و علائق ژئوپلیتیکی هند و چین در جنوب غرب آسیا، از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی (نرم‌افزار spss) برای به‌دست‌آوردن بسترهای رقابت ژئوپلیتیکی دو کشور مذکور استفاده شده و در انتها راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران متاثر از رقابت های ژئوپلیتیکی هند و چین در جنوب غرب آسیا بر اساس مدل ترکیبی تحلیل استراتژیک (swot) و مدل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک (qspm) تدوین شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی است که جهت‌گیری راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران متاثر از رقابت‌های ژئوپلیتیکی هند و چین در جنوب غرب آسیا در ناحیه رقابتی قرار دارد، لیکن محیط اجازه به کارگیری مناسب از فرصت ها و قوت های ج.ا.ایران برای بهره گیری از رقابت ژئوپلیتیک فی مابین هند و چین را کمتر به کشور می دهد. در این تحقیق شش راهبرد اصلی شامل ایجاد و توسعه روابط راهبردی همه جانبه با هند و چین، گسترش فضای رقابت اقتصادی، فناوری و سرمایه گذاری هند و چین در ایران، تقویت توان دفاعی مستقل، توسعه دیپلماسی دفاعی همه جانبه، تقویت وحدت و ائتلاف‌ منطقه‌ای، ایجاد امنیت پایدار در منطقه جنوب غرب آسیا به دست آمد.

the defense strategies of the islamic republic of iran affected by the geopolitical competitions of india and china in southwest asia

purpose: the purpose of this research is to develop defense strategies for the country – iran- in the face of increasing geopolitical competition between india and china in southwest asia in the coming years.research method:  in this applied-developmental research, a descriptive-analytical method is used with a mixed approach. the data of this research was collected by both field and library methods.  this research is based on the combined model of swot strategic analysis and qspm strategic planning model.findings and conclusion: the obtained results indicate that the orientation of the defense strategies of the islamic republic of iran which is affected by the geopolitical competition of india and china in south west asia is in the competitive area. but the environment does not allow proper use of iran’s strengths. in this research, six main strategies include creating and developing comprehensive strategic relations with india and china, expanding the competitive economic environment, technology and investment of india and china in iran, strengthening independent defense capability, developing comprehensive defense diplomacy, strengthening unity and the regional alliance, the establishment of stable security in the region of southwest asia was achieved.
