پیشران ‌های اقتصاد سیاسی موثر بر قدرت نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف: پژوهش حاضر که با هدف تبیین و شناسایی پیشران‌ های اقتصاد سیاسی اثرگذار بر قدرت نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام گردیده است.روش شناسی: این تحقیق ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. برای شناسایی پیشران‌های اقتصاد سیاسی از اسناد و مدارک بالادستی و منابع کتابخانه‌ای استفاده‌شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی مبتنی بر روش تحلیل مضمون (نرم‌افزار اطلس‌تی. آی)، انجام که به شناسایی بیش از 270 مضمون پایه منجر گردیده است.یافته ها: مضامین پایه پس از ترکیب و تلخیص به 64 مضمون محوری تقلیل و درنهایت 14 مقوله اصلی به‌عنوان پیشران‌های کلیدی استخراج‌شده است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج و یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می دهد، اقتصاد سیاسی داخلی از اثرگذاری بیشتری بر قدرت نظامی ایران برخوردار است. ترتیب توالی اثرگذاری پیشران‌ها عبارت است از: جغرافیا و منابع استراتژیک، دولت رانتیر، مجتمع‌های نظامی- صنعتی، ارکان قدرت سیاسی، روابط و مناسبات خارجی، استراتژی ژئوپلیتیکی، نظم وستفالی، شوک‌های نفتی، نظم آنارشیک، تجارت خارجی، دیپلماسی دفاعی، نظم لیبرال، جهانی شدن و تحریم‌های بین‌المللی. همچنین ابعاد قدرت نظامی متاثر از اقتصاد سیاسی به ترتیب اولویت عبارت‌اند از: هزینه‌های نظامی، تجهیزات و فناوری، دیپلماسی دفاعی، نیروی انسانی، فرماندهی و مدیریت و ساختار سازمانی.

purpose: the present research was conducted with the aim of explaining and identifying the drivers of political economy affecting the military power of the islamic republic of iran.methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose anddescriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method. upstreamdocuments and library sources have been used to identify thedrivers of political economy. qualitative data analysis based onthe theme analysis method (atlas t.i software), which led to theidentification of more than 270 basic themes.findings: after combining and summarizing, the basic themeswere reduced to 64 core themes and finally 14 main categorieswere extracted as key drivers.conclusion: the results and findings of the research show thatthe domestic political economy has a greater effect on iran'smilitary power. the sequence of influence of the drivers is:geography and strategic resources, rentier government, militaryindustrialcomplexes, pillars of political power, foreign relations,geopolitical strategy, westphalian order, oil shocks, anarchicorder, foreign trade, defense diplomacy, liberal order,globalization and international sanctions. also, the dimensions ofmilitary power affected by political economy are: militaryexpenses, equipment and technology, defense diplomacy, manpower, command and management and organizational structure.
