طراحی الگوی ارتقاء مشارکت نیروهای چهارگانه آجا در خط‌مشی‌های دفاعی آینده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی ارتقاء مشارکت نیروهای چهارگانه آجا در خط‌مشی‌های دفاعی آینده انجام‌شده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و داده‌ها به‌صورت آمیخته(کیفی – کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی متوالی با روش داده بنیاد و میدانی جمع‌آوری شد. در بخش کیفی بر اساس روش داده بنیاد، داده‌های موردنیاز با انجام 16 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته (شامل 6 خبره دانشگاهی و 10 فرمانده) که با استفاده از شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و با شاخص اشباع نظری جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شد؛ و در بخش کمی، گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت میدانی بود که تعداد 384 تن از فرماندهان، مدیران و کارشناسان ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران ابتدا به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای و سپس با فرمول کوکران به‌صورت تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در ادامه داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار spss و معادلات ساختاری smart pls مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی ارتقاء مشارکت نیروهای چهارگانه آجا در خط‌مشی‌های دفاعی آینده دارای 106 کد باز، 14 کد محوری و 6 کد انتخابی است که بر اساس نتایج حاصل از برآورد معادلات ساختاری، یعنی بار عاملی و آماره تی، شرایط علی بر مقوله محوری و این مقوله بر راهبردها و راهبردها بر پیامدها و شرایط مداخله‌گر و زمینه‌ای بر راهبردها تاثیر معناداری داشتند.

designing a pattern to promote the participation of aja four forces in defense policies

the current research was conducted with the aim of designing a promote for promoting the participation of the four forces of aja in the future defense policies. this research is applied in terms of purpose, and the data was collected in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach with a sequential exploratory approach with the base and field data method. in the qualitative part, based on the foundation data method, the necessary data were collected and analyzed by conducting 16 semi-structured interviews (including 6 academic experts and 10 commanders) using the snowball sampling method and theoretical saturation index. and in the quantitative part, the data was collected in the field, where 384 commanders, managers and experts of the islamic republic of iran army were first randomly selected as a sample, and then using cochran’s formula. then, the data was analyzed with the help of spss software and smart pls structural equations. the findings of the research showed that the pattern of promoting the participation of the four forces of aja in the future defense policies has 106 open codes, 14 core codes and 6 selective codes, which are based on the results of estimating the structural equations, i.e. factor load and t-statistics, causal conditions on the core category. and this category had a significant effect on the strategies and the strategies on the consequences and intervening and background conditions on the strategies.
