آینده‌پژوهی تحولات سیاسی- امنیتی سوریه در ارتباط با محور مقاومت به روش سناریونویسی و نقش آن بر ماموریت‌های ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

با گذشت یک دهه بحران در سوریه، به دلیل تعدد بازیگران و تعارض منافع آنها، آینده سیاسی این کشور در هاله ای از ابهام است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آینده‌پژوهی تحولات سیاسی امنیتی سوریه در ارتباط با محور مقاومت به روش سناریونویسی و نقش آن بر ماموریت های آجا در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که آینده‌پژوهی تحولات سیاسی- امنیتی سوریه چگونه است و این تحولات چه نقشی بر ماموریت‌های آجا دارد؟ در این پژوهش جامعه آماری40 نفر می‌باشد بنابراین با توجه به ویژگی­‌های جامعه آماری و محدود بودن آن، جامعه آماری به‌صورت تمام شمار مورد پرسش قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از آمار استنباطی و استدلالی داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و با استفاده از الگوی آینده­‌پژوهی علمی و طی مراحل 8 گانه سناریو نویسی شوارتز (شناسایی بازیگران، فاکتورهای کلیدی، پیشران‌ها، عدم قطعیت­‌ها، اولویت‌بندی و انتخاب شاخص) نسبت به آینده‌پژوهی تحولات سوریه و چشم­‌انداز آن در افق 2030 اقدام گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد سناریوهای سوریه با مقاومت، بی‌مقاومت، در مقاومت و بر مقاومت سناریوهای احتمالی تحولات سوریه می‌باشند. سوریه درمقاومت به عنوان سناریوی محتمل در کوتاه‌مدت، سوریه بی‌مقاومت محتمل‌ترین سناریو در افق 2030 و سوریه با مقاومت سناریوی مطلوب­ ج.ا.ا تشخیص داده شد. همچنین آجا براساس اصل 143 قانون اساسی ماموریت حفظ تمامیت ارضی، استقلال و حفظ نظام مقدس ج.ا.ا را بر عهده دارد، لذا تحقق هر یک از سناریوهای مذکور به نوعی بر ماموریت‌های آجا در دفاع سرزمینی، فراسرزمینی و بازدارندگی دفاعی اثرگذارست.

future research of political-security developments in syria in relation to the axis of resistance by script writing method and its role on the missions of the army of the islamic republic of iran

after a decade of crisis in syria, the political future of this country is in a state of ambiguity due to the multiplicity of actors and the conflict of their interests. the present study aims to study the future of political and security developments in syria in relation to the axis of resistance through scriptwriting and its role on aja missions. where are you? in this study, the statistical population is 40 people. therefore, due to the characteristics of the statistical population and its limitation, the statistical population was questioned in full. then, the data obtained from the interview were analyzed using inferential and reasoning statistics, and using the scientific research future model (gbn) and during the eight stages of schwartz screenwriting (identification of actors, key factors, drivers, lack of certainties, prioritization and selection of indicators) to study the future of developments in syria and its prospects in 2030. the results of the research show that the syrian scenarios with resistance, non-resistance, resistance and resistance are possible scenarios of syrian developments. syria in resistance as a possible scenario in the short term, syria as resistance was identified as the most likely scenario in the horizon of 2030 and syria with resistance as a favorable scenario of the islamic republic of iran. also, according to article 143 of the constitution, aja has the mission of preserving the territorial integrity, independence and preservation of the sacred system of the islamic republic of iran.
