تدوین راهبردهای لجستیک (آماد و پشتیبانی) عملیات مشترک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

راهبرد در مباحث مدیریتی در حوزه‌های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی و بویژه نظامی، کاربرد بسیار متداولی دارد و به‌عنوان یکی از عناصر مهم مرتبط با مدیریت مطرح بوده و اساس تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی محسوب می‌شود، به‌طوری‌که نمی‌توان آن را جدای از مدیریت پنداشت، چه‌بسا مدیریت موفق، اغلب حاصل تدوین راهبردهای مناسب است.  هدف اصلی تحقیق، تدوین راهبردهای لجستیک (آماد و پشتیبانی) عملیات مشترک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران می باشد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی توسعه ‌ای و روش توصیفی با رویکرد تحلیلی است. حجم نمونه 86 نفر و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی و کتابخانه‌ ای است. برای تکمیل تحقیق از پرسشنامه‌ای با 133 سوال استفاده شد. بر همین اساس از تعداد 133 عاملی که برای تدوین راهبردهای لجستیک عملیات مشترک آجا شناسایی و تثبیت گردید، تعداد 33 عامل ضعف، 22 عامل قوت، 21 عامل فرصت و 57 عامل تهدید در قالب 9 مولفه محیط داخلی و خارجی، تشخیص داده شدند. در پایان، راهبردها با استفاده از تکنیک swot تدوین و نسبت به تعیین اولویت بندی آنها با استفاده از روش tapsis اقدام گردید. با تجزیه و تحلیل و تعیین موقعیت راهبردی سازمان و تحلیل شکاف، آجا در وضعیت تدافعی معطوف به تهدید قرار دارد. لذا نسبت به  تدوین تعداد 14 راهبرد و ارائه پیشنهادهایی در راستای حرکت از موقعیت موجود به موقعیت تهاجمی مطلوب اقدام شد.

Development of logistics strategies (readiness and support) for joint operations of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Strategy is widely used in management issues in various economic, political and social fields, especially military, and is considered as one of the important elements related to management and is the basis of managerial decisions, so that it can not be considered separate from management, or successful management. , Is often the result of developing appropriate strategies. The main purpose of the research is to formulate logistics strategies (readiness and support) for joint operations of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is of applied development type and descriptive method with analytical approach. The sample size is 86 people and the method of data collection is field and library. A questionnaire with 133 questions was used to complete the research. Accordingly, out of 133 factors that were identified and consolidated for formulating logistics strategies of AJA joint operations, 33 factors of weakness, 22 factors of strength, 21 factors of opportunity and 57 factors of threat were identified in the form of 9 components of internal and external environment. Finally, the strategies were developed using the SWOT technique and their prioritization was determined using the Tapsis method. By analyzing and determining the strategic position of the organization and analyzing the gap, AJA is in a defensiveoriented defensive position. Therefore, 14 strategies were formulated and suggestions were made to move from the existing position to the desired offensive position.
