سناریوهای محتمل عملیات روانی علیه سرمایه‌های انسانی آجا

فرماندهی معظم و معزز کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی) برنامه‌های استکبار جهانی علیه ملت ایران را در سه جمله خلاصه نموده‌ اند اول: جنگ روانی، دوم: جنگ اقتصادی و سوم: مقابله با پیشرفت و اقتدار علمی؛ بر همین اساس هدف این مطالعه تدوین سناریوهای محتمل عملیات روانی دشمن علیه سرمایه‌ های انسانی آجا می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر روش جزء تحقیقات اکتشافی آینده‌پژوهانه است که به روش سناریونویسی انجام‌ شده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از مرور ادبیات و جلسات خبرگی، داده ‌های اولیه گردآوری ‌شده‌اند. با بهره ‌گیری از خبرگی صاحب‌نظران از میان انبوهی از عوامل و پیشران ‌های موثر بر عملیات روانی علیه آجا؛ شناسایی و چارچوب سناریوها تبیین شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق یک گروه راهبری به استعداد 10 نفر و یک گروه کارشناسی به استعداد 6 نفر در تدوین سناریوها همکاری نموده‌اند. با استفاده از چارچوب الگوی پیتر شوارتز و روش ‌های کمی‌سازی رولاند برگر، بر اساس رتبه ‌بندی عوامل کلیدی و پیشران‌ های شناسایی‌شده بر اساس اهمیت و عدم قطعیت توسط خبرگان در نهایت دو عامل انسجام میان ارتش و نیروهای مسلح (ستاد کل، سپاه، ناجا و وزارت دفاع)، ایجاد خلل و تردید در باورهای دینی، انقلابی و ملی (هویت ‌زدایی) رتبه بالاتری به دست آوردند که با قرارگیری در محورهای یک ماتریس، مبنای شکل ‌گیری چهار سناریو با عناوین؛ تفرقه‌افکنی، شکست اراده، جذب و استحاله و فریب و فتنه گردید.

Possible scenarios of psychological operations against the human resources of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei (as), has summarized the plans of global arrogance against the Iranian nation in three sentences: first: psychological warfare, second: economic warfare, and third: countering scientific progress and authority; Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to formulate possible scenarios of enemy psychological operations against human capital. The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose and a part of future exploratory research in terms of method, which has been done by screenwriting method. In this study, preliminary data were collected using literature review and expert meetings. Utilizing the expertise of experts from among the multitude of factors and impulses affecting psychological operations against AJA; Identification and framework of scenarios are explained. The statistical population of the study was a leadership group of 10 talented people and a group of experts with a talented 6 people collaborated in developing the scenarios. Using Peter Schwartz’s model framework and Roland Berger quantification methods, based on the ranking of key factors and drivers identified based on importance and uncertainty by experts, finally two factors of cohesion between the army and the armed forces (General Staff, IRGC) , NAJA and the Ministry of Defense), creating disruption in religious, revolutionary and national beliefs (deidentification) gained a higher rank, which, being placed in the axes of a matrix, formed the basis for the formation of four scenarios with the titles; Divisiveness, defeat of will, absorption and transformation, deception and sedition.
