آیندۀ نظم منطقه‌ای خاورمیانه در افق2030

خاورمیانه با آشوب روبه‌روست. این آشوبناکی، خاورمیانه را با تراکم فزایندۀ بحران‌های ملی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی روبه‌رو کرده است. این بحران‌ها، چالش‌های متعدد ژئوپلیتیکی را علیه همگرایی و در نتیجه کاهش اقتدار کشورهای منطقه سبب شده است. موضوعی که ضرورت و اهمیت ارائه تصویری از آیندۀ این چالش‌ها را برای مقابله با پیامدهای احتمالی ناشی از آنها برجسته کرده است. بنابه‌این ضرورت اساسی، این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش محوری است که آیندۀ محتمل نظم منطقه‌ای خاورمیانه در افق 2030 چگونه خواهد بود؟ این پژوهش که بنا به ماهیت خود اکتشافی است در راستای پاسخ به این پرسش با رویکردی آینده‌پژوهانه و تکنیک‌های آن مانند سناریونویسی فرآیندی 7 مرحله‌ای را اتخاذ کرده است. این روش، با بهره‌گیری از نظرات نخبگانی در راستای روایی بیشتر سناریوها و شناسایی آینده‌های محتمل، دارای مزیت‌های برجسته‌ی است. مهمترین یافته پژوهش که بیشترین تطابق و سازگاری را نیز با واقعیت نظم منطقه‌ای خاورمیانه در افق2030 دارد، افزایش مداخله قدرت‌های جهانی و همین‌طور افزایش تنش و تضاد در بین دولت‌های منطقه خاورمیانه است.

The future of the Middle East regional order in the horizon 2030

The Middle East is in chaos. This chaos has faced the Middle East with an increasing density of national, regional and international crises. These crises have posed numerous geopolitical challenges to convergence and, consequently, to the decline of regional power. This underscores the need and importance of providing a picture of the future of these challenges in order to address the potential consequences. Given this fundamental necessity, this study seeks to answer the central question of what are the possible future scenarios for Middle East regional order in the 2030 horizon? This research, which is exploratory in nature, has adopted a tenstep process in order to answer this question with a futuristic approach and its techniques such as screenwriting. This method has significant advantages by using elite opinions in order to validate more scenarios and identify possible futures. The most important finding of the study, which is most in line with the reality of the Middle East regional order in 2030, is the increase in the intervention of world powers, as well as increasing tensions and conflicts among the governments of the Middle East.
