تدوین راهبردهای دفاع فرهنگی آجا در مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگی

در مسیر مواجه شدن با تهاجم فرهنگی، عدم شناخت کافی از ماهیت و ابعاد تهاجم فرهنگی در بخش‌های مختلف به ویژه نیروی ‌های نظامی از چالش‌ های اساسی بوده و عدم برخورداری از بصیرت و شناخت عمیق از این مقوله در چنین سازمان ‌های حساس و مهمی، موجب می ‌گردد تا سازمان در اتخاذ راه‌کارهای مقابله و نیز تدوین برنامه‌ های مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگی دشمن از رویکرد مناسبی برخوردار نباشد. هدف مطالعه پیش رو تدوین راهبردهای دفاع فرهنگی آجا در مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگی می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی است و رویکرد آن به جهت اینکه علاوه بر تحلیل کیفی مبانی نظری، از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته نیز استفاده شده است به‌ صورت آمیخته (کمیکیفی) می ‌باشد. روش اجرای تحقیق زمینه‌ای موردی می‌باشد. جهت تدوین راهبردها، از روش تدوین راهبرد مقصدهدفراهبرد (gos) استفاده شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی تحقیق شامل تعداد 18 نفر خبرگان حوزه فرهنگی آجا و جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل فعالان حوزه فرهنگ در سطح آجا می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول نمونه کوکران تعداد 135 نفر می‌ باشند. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی شامل مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش دلفی فازی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار متلب بهره‌برداری به عمل آمده است. در نهایت تعداد 16 راهبرد دفاع فرهنگی به همراه الزامات پیاده‌سازی هر یک از راهبردها احصاء گردید.

The method of conducting research is contextualcase. In order to formulate strategies, the destinationgoalstrategy (GOS) method has been used. Participants in the qualitative part of the research included 18 experts in the field of AJA culture and the statistical community. In a small part, it includes cultural activists at the AJA level Using Cochran’s sample formula, there are 135 people. In order to collect information, library and field methods including semistructured interviews and questionnaires were used. To analyze data from fuzzy Delphi method. The fuzzy Delphi method has been exploited using MATLAB software. Finally, 16 cultural defense strategies were counted along with the implementation requirements of each strategy.
