مطالعه‌ی علم‌سنجی تولیدات پژوهشی در حوزه‌ی آینده‌نگاری راهبردی

آینده‌ نگاری تلاش دارد با رویکردی نظام مند، منطقی، مشارکتی و با مدیریت جامع و راهبردیِ منابع و ظرفیت ‌ها با نگاه رو به آینده و با اتکاء به سه رکن آینده‌‌پژوهی، سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی‌ راهبردی، سازمان، جامعه و کشور را به ‌سوی چشم‌انداز و آینده‌ی مطلوب سوق دهد. بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام شده در این حوزه‌ی علمی جهت دستیابی به درکی نظام‌مند از فعالیت‌های پژوهشی صورت‌ گرفته با هدف مدیریت و هدایت بهینه‌ی پژوهش‌های آتی در حوزه‌ی آینده‌‌نگاری و آینده‌‌نگاری راهبردی برای مدیران پژوهشی و پژوهش‌گران بسیار حیاتی است. مرور ادبیات پژوهشی علم‌سنجی از اهمیت و ضرورت علم سنجی در حوزه‌های مختلف علمی سخن می‌گوید، بر این اساس مطالعه و بررسی شبکه‌ی مفهومی پژوهش حوزه ی آینده‌نگاری و آینده نگاری راهبردی نیز از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این مطالعه‌‌ی علم سنجی از تعداد 1733 مقاله‌ی مستخرج از پایگاه داده sciencedirect به عنوان داده‌های ورودی نرم‌افزار وی او اس ویوئر استفاده می‌کند تا نقشه‌ی دانشی و شبکه مفهومی پژوهش و هم‌واژگانی پژوهش‌های آینده‌ نگاری و آینده‌ نگاری راهبردی و روند تولیدات پژوهشی این حوزه را بررسی و تحلیل نماید. نتایج نشان می‌دهند علاوه بر هم‌استنادی بالای بین آینده نگاری و آینده نگاری راهبردی، 10 واژه کلیدی در بازه ی زمانی 1996 تا سال2020 بیشترین حجم استناد و بکارگیری را داشته‌ اند. روش پژوهش علم‌ سنجی از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل هم استنادی، به طور موثر موضوعات و زمینه‌ های تحقیقاتی، پژوهشگران و کلیدواژگان را در قالب خوشه‌ هایی بررسی می‌کند که نتایج آن می‌ تواند جهت هدایت تحقیقات آینده مورد توجه مدیران و پژوهش‌گران قرار گیرد. این مطالعه‌ی علم سنجی درک گسترده ای از وضعیت پژوهش‌های انجام شده در حوزه‌ی آینده نگاری راهبردی فراهم می کند.

A Scientometrics study of researches in Strategic Foresight

Foresight field tries to take the organization, society and country towards its vision and preferred futures, by use of systematic, logical, participatory approach and relying on comprehensive and strategic management of resources and capacities having a forward looking to the future, based on three pillars including futures studies, policymaking and strategic planning. Review of researches conducted in this field is crucial for managers and researchers to achieve a systematic understanding of research activities to optimize management of future researches in the foresight and strategic foresight field. A review in Scientometrics literature emphasizes on the importance and necessity of Scientometrics in various scientific fields. Accordingly, the study of the conceptual network of researches in foresight and strategic foresight is also of a great importance. This Scientometrics study includes 1733 articles extracted from ScienceDirect database as input data of VOSviewer software to analyze the knowledge map and conceptual research network of strategic foresight and foresight researches and the trend of research products. The results show high cocitations between foresight and strategic foresight, and 10 keywords as the frequent cited and referred keywords in papers published in 1996 to 2020. Scientometrics research through citation analysis, effectively examines research topics and fields, researchers and keywords in the form of clusters whose results can be considered by managers and researchers for better management of future researches in this field.
