تبیین مهم‌ترین نیروهای پیشران تاثیرگذار بر قدرت دفاعی ایران در افق زمانی 1410

موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی ایران در منطقه راهبردی خلیج فارس منجر به ایجاد وضعیت های خاص و بروز تهدید علیه امنیت ملی و منافع ملی کشور در گذشته، حال و آینده شده است که در مقاطع خاص تاریخی نیز منجر به بروز جنگ و درگیری با کشورهای همسایه و سایر قدرت های منطقه ای و فرامنطقه ای گردیده که با توجه به حاکم بودن شرایط عدم قطعیت در پیش بینی آینده مناسبات و تحولات ایران در منطقه و نظام بین الملل، درک جایگاه و توان دفاعینظامی جهت مقابله با تهدیدهای متصور در آینده از ضروریات می باشد. در همین راستا در مقاله پیش رو به منظور تبیین عوامل نظامی کلیدی تاثیرگذار بر قدرت دفاعی ایران در افق زمانی 1410 با مطالعه اسناد و سوابق علمی پیشین صورت پذیرفته مرتبط و استفاده از نظرات 50 نفر از خبرگان، تعداد 141 نیروی پیشران نظامی احصاء و در گام دوم با تشکیل پانل خبرگی نیروهای پیشران مشابه با یکدیگر ادغام و تعداد 53 نیروی پیشران مشخص گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از الگوی فریدمن اقدام به رتبه بندی و تعیین ارزش نیروهای پیشران نموده و تعداد 40 نیروی پیشران مهم و اثرگذار تعیین و در انتها با استفاده از نرم افزار آینده پژوهی میک مک و به کارگیری روش تحلیل ماتریس متقاطع، تعداد 17 نیروی پیشران دارای نقش تاثیرگذار و تعداد پنج عامل کلیدی به عنوان عوامل نظامی کلیدی تاثیرگذار بر قدرت دفاعی ایران مشخص گردیدند.

Explaining the significant driving forces affecting Iran’s defense power in the time horizon of 1410

Iran’s geopolitical and geostrategic position in the strategic region of the Persian Gulf has led to the creation of special situations and threats to national security and national interests in the past, present, and future, which in certain historical periods has led to war and conflict with neighbor countries and other regional and supraregional powers, which due to the prevailing conditions of uncertainty in the future of Iran’s relations and developments in the region and the international system, understanding the position and defensemilitary power is a necessity in the future. In this regard, in the present article, to explain the key military factors affecting Iran’s defense power in the time horizon of 1410 by studying the relevant documents and previous scientific records and using the opinions of 50 experts, 141 military driving forces were identified, then with the formation of the expert panel, similar driving forces were merged and 53 driving forces were identified. Next, by using the Freedman model, we ranked and determined the value of the driving forces and determined 40 important and affective driving forces. Finally, by using Micmac software, and the crosssectional matrix analysis method, 17 effective driving forces, and five key factors were identified as key military factors affecting Iran’s defense power.
