ارائه الگوی آماد و پشتیبانی متناسب با نوع و ماهیت تهدید‌های آینده

برای راهبردهای آینده‌نگر در حوزه آماد و پشتیبانی، مستلزم شناخت هر چه بیشتر ویژگی‌های آماد و پشتیبانی و اولویت‌بندی آن می‌باشد. در حال حاضر با توجه به ظهور الگووارههای جدید و تاثیر آن بر سازمان‌های نظامی به‌ویژه در حوزه آماد و پشتیبانی، شناسایی و تبیین ویژگی‌ها و اولویت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی با توجه به نوع و ماهیت تهدیدهای آینده به‌صورت علمی، مدون و به‌روز تعیین نشده است که هدف اصلی این تحقیق است. این تحقیق ازنظر نوع، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد و به‌صورت ترکیبی (کیفیکمی) انجام می‌شود. در این پژوهش، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و همچنین از روش مقایسات زوجی جهت اولویت‌بندی ویژگی‌های آماد و پشتیبانی برای تهدیدهای آینده استفاده گردیده است. ویژگی‌های آماد و پشتیبانی از چهار بخش شامل گفتمان رهبری، پیشینه و سوابق تحقیقاتی، مبانی و مفاهیم نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان به دست آمد که پس از بررسی، گروه‌بندی و طبقه‌بندی ویژگی‌ها در قالب چهار بُعد ساختاری، سازمانی، تجهیزات و روشی تعیین و تعداد ده ویژگی برتر که اولویت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی با توجه به نوع و ماهیت تهدیدهای آینده بودند، مشخص گردیدند. اولویت‌های اشاره‌شده به ترتیب؛ 1. چابکی 2. سیالیت و انعطاف 3. ایمان و تعهد کارکنان آمادی 4. سامانه فرماندهی و کنترل هوشمند 5. مهارت و تخصص کارکنان آمادی 6. سامانه ارتباطی بومی، امن و پایدار 7. سامانه فرماندهی پویا 8. تامین تجهیزات و تسلیحات تاثیر محور 9. طراحی متمرکز و اجرای نامتمرکز 10. تامین تجهیزات و تسلیحات هوشمند می‌باشد.

Provide logistics pattern according to the type and nature of future threats

In this research, qualitative content analysis method and also paired comparison method have been used to prioritize logistic characteristics for future threats. The characteristics of logistic are based on the type and nature of future threats from four sections including the discourse of leader, backgrounds and research backgrounds, theoretical fundamentals and interviews with experts. After reviewing, grouping and classifying features in the form of four The following were the structural, organizational, equipment, and methodology. The top ten top ten logistic priorities were identified according to the type and nature of future threats. The priorities are as follows: follows: Agility,Flexibility, Faith and Commitment of Logistics Staff, Intelligent Command and Control System, Logistics Skills and Expertise, Native, Safe, and Sustainable FAVA Systems, Dynamic Command System, Prioritize Supply Effective Equipment and Weapons Axis, Focused design and decentralized implementation, Priority to providing intelligent equipment and weapons.
