چکیده
|
از آنﺟﺎ ﮐﻪ آﯾﻨﺪه ﭘﮋوﻫﯽ ﻓﺮﺻﺘﯽ ﺑﺮای ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ و وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎی آﯾﻨﺪه را ﺑﺮای ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮان ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ، ﺑﺴﺘﺮی ﺑﺮای ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺗﻠﻘﯽ میﮔﺮدد. با توجه به اینکه یک الگوی بومی از فرآیند آینده‌پژوهی در آجا با رویکرد فرآیندی ارائه نگردیده است، این تحقیق به دنبال تدوین آن در آجا بوده و در واقع مسئله اصلی تحقیق این است که الگوی بومی فرآیند آینده‌پژوهی در آجا چیست. این تحقیق از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد کمی می‌باشد. در جهت اجرای تحقیق در ابتدا با مطالعه ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق عوامل موثر بر آینده‌پژوهی در آجا با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا احصاء گردیده است. سپس جهت دستیابی به الگوی مفهومی تحقیق روابط بین عوامل شناسایی شده از روش الگوی سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ism) و با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد و جمع آوری داده‌ها از 13 نفر خبرگان حوزه آینده‌پژوهی در آجا استفاده شده است. در پایان این پژوهش الگویی بومی با رویکرد فرآیندی و در پنج سطح و 10 مولفه برای آینده‌پژوهی در آجا ارائه گردیده است.

Indigenous Model of Future Studies in the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a Process Approach

Abstract
|
Since futures research provides an opportunity for researchers to study and assess the future conditions and features for decisionmakers, it is considered a platform for development. Given that a native model of the future research process has not been presented in the AJA with the process approach, this research has sought to formulate it in the AJA, and indeed the main issue of the research is that the native model of the future study process in AJA is. This research is an applied and descriptive analytical research with a quantitative approach. In order to implement the research, firstly, by studying the literature and research background, the factors influencing futures studies in AJA were determined using content analysis method; then, to achieve the conceptual model of the research, the relationships between the identified factors using the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method (ISM) Has been. In conclusion, a native model study has been proposed for future study in AJA with a process approach.
