مدل ظرفیت جذب در سازمان‌های دانش بنیان دفاعی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدل ظرفیت جذب در سازمان های دانش بنیان دفاعی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی می باشد. روش پژوهش، آمیخته اکتشافی بوده که در مرحله نخست مطالعه ای کیفی (آینده پژوهی دلفی) و مدل پژوهش جهت بررسی کمّی در مرحله بعد طراحی شده است. به منظور بررسی ابعاد و مولفه ها پیشنهادی مدل اولیه از جامعه آماری شاملخبرگان دانشگاهی، مدیران و روسا استفاده گردید. همچنین به منظور بررسی مدل پیشنهادی از جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان سازمان های دانش بنیان دفاعی واقع در استان‌های تهران و البرز (تعداد 300 نفر) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفیپیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار تحلیل آماری excel 2013، spss 24،smartpls استفاده گردید. بر اساس مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهشی پرسش نامه پژوهشگر ساخته با 9 بُعد، 38 مولفه تهیه گردید. برابر نتایج بدست آمده از مدل پژوهش می توان بیان کرد که مدل پیشنهادی مورد تایید بوده و همچنین بر اساس شدت تاثیر بین مولفه های مدل در جدول 6، تشخیص بر عملکرد مطلوب، جذب بر عملکرد مطلوب به ترتیب کمترین ضریب تاثیر را دارند. در حالیکه محیط بیرونی بر عوامل سازمانی و محیط بیرونی بر یکپارچگی، تحول، پیکربندی بیشترین ضریب تاثیر را دارند. همچنین تاثیر بهره برداری بر عملکرد مطلوب، تاثیر جذب بر عملکرد مطلوب، تاثیر تشخیص بر عملکرد مطلوب در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد (سطح معناداری 5 درصد) معنادار نمی باشند.

Absorption Capacity Model in Knowledge Based Defense Organizations with Futuristic Approach

The main purpose of this study is to present a model of absorptive capacity in defense based knowledge organizations with a future research approach. The research method is an exploratory mixture designed in the first stage of qualitative study (Delphi futures) and the research model is designed for quantitative study in the next stage. Statistical population including academic experts, managers and heads were used to investigate the proposed dimensions and components of the initial model. The statistical population of the study consisted of the staff of defense based knowledge organizations located in Tehran and Alborz provinces (300 people) using simple random sampling method. The research method was descriptivesurvey and data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using Excel2013, SPSS24, SmartPLS statistical software. Based on the theoretical and research background of the researchermade questionnaire with 9 dimensions, 38 components were prepared. According to the results obtained from the research model, it can be stated that the proposed model is approved and also based on the intensity of impact among the model components in Table 6, detection on desirable performance, absorption on desirable performance have the lowest impact coefficient, respectively. While the external environment has the most influence on organizational factors and the external environment on integration, transformation, configuration. Also, the effect of operation on desirable performance, absorption on desirable performance, and the effect of diagnosis on desirable performance at 95% confidence level (5% significance level) were not significant.
