ارزیابی معیارهای مکان‌گزینی پادگان‌های نظامی بر اساس راهبردهای پدافند غیرعامل در برابر تهدیدات احتمالی آینده (مطالعه موردی: پادگان صفرپنج کرمان)

مطالعات پدافند غیرعامل یک فرآیند راه گشا است که در آن از فن های تحلیل و امتیازدهی متنوعی جهت فراهم سازی بستر تصمیم گیری آگاهانه استفاده می شود. در واقع هدف اصلی تحقیق ارزیابی معیارهای مکان گزینی پادگان نظامی صفر پنج کرمان با تاکید بر پدافند غیرعامل، از دیدگاه کارشناسان نظامی هست. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی تحلیلی است. اطلاعات و داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش های اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه) جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 20 کارشناس نظامی که در پادگان صفر پنج کرمان خدمت می کنند، می باشند که با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب ‌شده‌اند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss، از آزمون آماری کلموگوروف اسمیرنوف و آزمون تی تک نمونه ای و همچنین جهت اولویت بندی و ضریب اهمیت معیارها از تکنیک dematel با استفاده از نرم افزار excel استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق با توجه به آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان می دهد که پادگان صفر پنج کرمان وضعیت مطلوبی از لحاظ ارزیابی ابعاد مکان گزینی با تاکید بر پدافند غیرعامل در پادگان صفر پنج کرمان دارند. همچنین از بین ارزیابی معیارهای مکان گزینی پادگان نظامی با تاکید برپدافند غیرعامل از دیدگاه کارشناسان نظامی شاخص دسترسی، با مقدار 15.795بیشترین تعامل و شاخص امنیت با مقدار 14.211 کمترین تعامل، شاخص طبیعی جغرافیاییزیست‌محیطی بامقدار 0.24 موثرترین عامل و شاخص کالبدی فضایی با مقدار 0.208تاثیرپذیرترین عامل هستند.

Assessment of the location criteria of military garrison based on passive defense stragies against the possible threats of the present case study :sefr 5th kerman

Passive defense studies are a pivotal process in which various analysis and rating techniques are used to provide an informed decision framework. In fact, the main objective of the research is to evaluate the location criteria of the 5th armed forces of Kerman, with the emphasis on passive defense, from the point of view of military experts. The type of research is applied and its method is descriptiveanalytical. Data and data were collected using documentary and field methods (questionnaires). The statistical population consisted of 20 military experts serving in the zero caliber of Kerman, which are randomly selected using Delphi technique. In order to analyze the data, SPSS software utilizes the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and onesample Ttest, as well as to prioritize and measure the importance of the criteria using the DEMATEL technique using excel software. The findings of the research showed that the fivepoint karman zero garrison is a desirable situation in terms of assessing the focal point dimensions with an emphasis on passive defense in the 5th Kermans Zero Barracks. Also, the evaluation of military barracks placement criteria was emphasized by the military experts’ point of view of access index with the highest value of 795/15 and the security index with the lowest value of 211/14, the naturalgeographicalenvironmental index with the 0.24most effective factor And the physicalspace index of 0.208 are the most influential factors.
