ارائه الگوی اثربخش بکارگیری بهینه پهپاد در توانمندسازی عملیات آینده سازمان‌های دفاعی (مطالعه موردی عملیات پروازی نیروی هوایی)

پهپادها یا پرنده‌های هدایت‌پذیر از راه دور می‌توانند علاوه بر انجام ماموریت‌های اصلی خود در حوزه‌های کنترل، شناسایی، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، جاسوسی و هدایت سلاح‌های هوشمند تا هدف، حمله مستقیم به اهداف را هم انجام دهند.  سازمان‌های دفاعی و از آن جمله نیروی هوایی نیازمند آمادگی رزمی و دفاعی بر اساس حوادث و جنگ‌های احتمالی آینده فرا روی، با شناخت و درک صحیح از نحوه به‌کارگیری بهینه و مناسب پهبادها در راستای افزایش توانمندی‌های عملیات هوایی خود است.  محقق با انجام یک تحقیق و پژوهش اسنادی و میدانی برای دستیابی به ارائه الگوی جامع برای استفاده بهینه از پهپاد در توانمندسازی عملیاتی سازمان‌های دفاعی با استفاده از روش توصیفی و "موردی زمینه‌ای" ضمن مراجعه به صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان عملیات هوایی مرتبط با پهباد در نیروی هوایی و ستاد فرماندهی کل ارتش نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و پرسشنامه در اختیار آن‌ها قرار گرفته و پس از دریافت داده‌ها، یافته‌های تحقیق با روش‌های آماری و روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی مورد تجزیه ‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.  نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌های دفاعی (مطالعه موردی نیروی هوایی) برای به‌کارگیری پهپاد در توانمندسازی عملیاتی خود، بایستی به مولفه‌های چهارگانه شامل: ماموریت‌ها (راهبردی، عملیاتی و تاکتیکی)، تهدید شناسی هوایی (شدت، ماهیت و نوع)، قابلیت‌ها و کارکردها(عملیات اثربخش، تعمیر و نگهداری و سامانه‌های جانبی)، تامین پشتیبانی زمینی و هوافضایی (فرماندهی و کنترل هوشمند و یکپارچه، تجهیزات و زیرساخت‌های لازم و زنجیره تامین مطمئن) توجه نمایند.

The presentation of an effective pattern for proper application of UAV in empowering Future operation of defense organizations (case study I.R.I.Airforce Flight operation)

UAVs or unmanned aerial vehicle, besides being used in its main missions, can be used in different categories such as reconnaissance, intelligence, espionage, guidance of smart weapons toward target and direct attack against targets. The defense organizations including Air Force, requires combat and defense readiness on the basis of probable future wars and incidents, and in order to enhance their operational capabilities, they must have a better cognition of how to use UAVs properly. The researcher in order to present a comprehensive pattern for an optimal usage of UAVs in empowerment of defense organization operations, performed this study on the basis of field and documentation by taking advantage of descriptive, casefield methods and referring to authorities and experts pertain to UAVs in the Air Force and General Staff of Army as statistic sample. A purposeful sampling had been chosen and they were given questionnaires. Upon receiving the data, the study findings had been analyzed by analytical exploratory factor method. The results of this study showed that the defense organizations ( such as Air Force) in order to use UAVs to enhance operational capabilities must pay a special attention to the four components: missions (Strategic, operational and tactical), knowing the air threat (intensity, nature and type), capabilities and functions (effective operation, maintenance, and subsystems), ground and aerospace support (smart and integral command and control, equipment and necessary infrastructure and a secure supply chain).
