خاستگاه تربیتی مدارا در قرآن کریم و سیره معصومین(ع)

مدارا از اصول اساسی زندگی اجتماعی است که در آموزه‌های قرآنی و حدیثی توجه ویژه به آن شده است. پرداختن به این اصل اساسی در دنیای کنونی که سازوکارهای مدرن امواج‌گستر، حصارهایِ جغرافیایی، عقیدتی، فرهنگی و ... را فرو ریخته است. اهمیت آن را دو چندان پیدا می‌کند. مهم‌ترین سوالی که در این باره مطرح است نقش اساسی و تاثیر ویژه آن در حوزه تربیت است. زیرا تربیت، رسالت بزرگ پرورش انسان‌هایی را بر عهده دارد که آمادگی موافقت با این جبهه‎گشایی متکثر و متنوع را پیدا کند. این مقاله با بهره‌برداری از روش تحقیق تلفیقی (معناشناسی-تحلیلی) در صدد آن است که خاستگاه تربیتی مدارا در تربیت را با ابزارهای قرآنی و حدیثی تبیین نماید؛ برای دست‎یابی به این هدف سترگ، نخست واژه‌های تربیت و مدارا را با تکیه برآموزه‌های دینی معنا کرده است، سپس آن عرصه‌های مدارا در حوزه‌های عقیدتی ایمانی، اخلاقی رفتاری و فرهنگی اجتماعی را تحلیل وآن‎گاه چگونگی جایگاه مدارا در حوزه تربیت را روشن نموده است. در پایان اصول مهمی که لازم است در عرصه‎های تربیتی مدارا شود، تبیین نموده است؛ مانند: ملایمت در برابر تندی، جمع نرم‌گویی و حق‌گویی، رواداری خطای انسانی، تقدم چگونه گفتن بر چه گفتن و ... .

The educational origin of tolerance in Holy Quran and the Infallibles’ (as) lifestyle

Tolerance is one of the basic principles of social life that has a special attention in Quran and hadith teachings. Addressing this fundamental principle in today's world; that widespread modern mechanisms have collapsed the geographical, ideological, cultural, and other borders; becomes a lot more important. The most significant query in this respect is its essential role and particular influence in the education field because education is responsible for the great mission of training people who are ready to agree with this diverse strategic positioning. The present paper, exploiting a combination of research method i.e. semanticanalysis, has sought the educational origin of tolerance in education through Quran and Hadith instruments. To achieve this great goal; first, the terms of education and tolerance are signified based on the religious teachings; second, the areas of tolerance in the religious, moral, behavioral, cultural, and social fields are analyzed; and finally, the place of tolerance in the field of education is clarified. Eventually, the most important principles of tolerance such as leniency against severity, soft accountability and truthfulness, tolerance of human error, priority of how to say and what to say, and any other expression that may serve in the educational fields are explained.
