بررسی تاثیر نظارت بر فعالیت‌های گروهی از منظر نهج‌البلاغه

نظارت از جمله مفاهیمی است که در ارتقای کیفی فعالیت‌ها، برنامه‌ها و اندیشه‌های فردی و گروهی، مورد تاکید ادیان الهی بوده و اسلام به صورت خاص بر آن اهتمام دارد. اهمیت و حساسیت امر نظارت در فعالیت‌های گروهی و روابط اجتماعی، بیش از همه در شرایط و مقتضیات زمانی حضرت امیر(علیه السلام) و در نهج‌البلاغه قابل مطالعه و بررسی است. تحقیق حاضر تلاش دارد تا مفهوم نظارت را مبتنی بر یک نظام طراحی شده مشخص و اهداف دقیق، با تکیه بر سیره حکومتی پنج‎ساله حضرتش استخراج و تبیین کند. اهتمام ایشان به انضباط فردی و اجتماعی، تشویق و تنبیه مبتنی بر حق و انصاف، به‎کارگیری روش‌های متنوع برای تحقق نظارت مستمر و موثر بر فرایندهای عمومی و  تامل در واژه‌های پرکاربردی چون: اخبرنی و بلغنی، به ویژه در نامه‌‌ها و مکاتبات اداری حکومتی، حاکی از جایگاه ویژه امر  نظارت از منظر ایشان برای تحقق کیفی و مطلوب ارزش‌های والای انسانی است.

The effect of the supervision on group activities from ‌Nahj‌alBalaghah perspective

Supervision is one of the emphasized concepts in divine religions to promote the quality of activities, programs, and the individual and group thoughts. Islam has a specific emphasis on the issue as well. The significance and sensitivity of supervision in group activities and social relations can be more studied in Imam Ali’s (as) conditions and age necessities and in noble NahjalBalaghah. The present research made an attempt to extract and elaborate the concept of supervision based on a specific designed system and accurate objectives with a reliance on the fiveyear governmental biography of Imam Ali (as). His endeavor towards the individual and social discipline, encouragement, and punishment based on the truth and justice, employment of diverse methods to fulfill a constant and effective supervision of public processes, and contemplation on frequent terms such as “اَخبَرَنیAkhberni” [keep me informed] and “بَلَغَنیBalaqani” [I have been informed that…] particularly in administrativegovernmental letters and correspondences all indicate the special place of supervision, from his perspective, to fulfill the qualitative and ideal human elevated values.
