شخصیت شناسی تربیتی و تقریبی فضیل بن عیاض و اعتبار روایات او در منابع اهل سنت و شیعه

فضیل بن عیاض، از شخصیت‌های برجسته تاریخ اسلام، به دلیل ترکیب بی‌نظیر خصائص رجالی، تربیتی و تقریبی‌اش الگویی کم‌نظیر در اندیشه اسلامی به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر ضمن تمرکز بر شخصیت فضیل، به بررسی نقش او در تربیت اخلاقی، اعتبار رجالی‌اش در منابع اهل سنت و شیعه و تاثیر وی بر تقریب مذاهب پرداخته است. در دنیای امروز که با بحران‌های اخلاقی، اختلافات مذهبی و نیاز به تقویت وحدت اسلامی روبه‌رو هستیم، بازخوانی شخصیت‌هایی مانند فضیل می‌تواند الهام‌بخش تلاش‌هایی برای تقویت اخلاق و تقریب مذاهب باشد. سوالات پژوهش بر محور چگونگی بازتاب آموزه‌های تربیتی فضیل، جایگاه او در منابع رجالی و حدیثی، و نقش او در تقویت وحدت مسلمین شکل گرفته است . پژوهش به روش توصیفی تحلیلی، پس از بررسی رجالی شخصیت فضیل، به جمع آوری و دسته بندی روایات وی در کتب معتبر حدیثی از نظر فراوانی در منابع شیعه و سنی، و نیز تحلیل برخی از روایات تربیتی و تقریبی بر اساس کتب شرح حدیث پرداخته است. یافته ها نشان داد تعالیم فضیل در ارتباط نزدیک با آموزه‌های امام صادق (ع)، با تاکید بر اصولی مانند غبطه به‌عنوان عامل رشد مثبت فردی در عین پرهیز از حسد، توکل به خداوند و رحمت به مردم نقش موثری در تربیت اخلاقی و اجتماعی دارد. اهتمام به روایاتش در منابع معتبر مذاهب، جایگاه برجسته او را به‌عنوان یک مربی اخلاقی و وحدت‌بخش روشن می‌سازد، علاوه بر آنکه آموزه‌ها و رفتارهای او مانند تاکیدش بر همدلی و عدالت اجتماعی، بستر مناسبی برای کاهش اختلافات و تقویت اتحاد مسلمانان فراهم می‌کند.

fudayl ibn iyad, as a distinguished figure in islamichistory, stands out as a unique model in islamicthought due to his exceptional combination ofscholarly authority in hadith criticism, ethicalinstruction, and efforts toward sectarian rapprochement. thisstudy focuses on his character and examines his role in moraleducation, his credibility as a narrator in sunni and shia sources,and his influence on the approximation of islamic sects. given thecontemporary challenges of moral crises, sectarian conflicts, andthe urgent need for strengthening islamic unity, a reexaminationof figures such as fudayl can serve as an inspiration for fosteringethical development and inter-sectarian harmony.this research is structured around key questions concerning theextent to which fudayl’s ethical teachings are reflected in islamictradition, his status in hadith and biographical sources, and hiscontribution to fostering muslim unity. employing a descriptiveanalyticalmethodology, the study first investigates fudayl’sreliability as a narrator, then collects and categorizes his transmittedhadiths from authoritative sunni and shia sources, analyzingtheir frequency in each tradition. additionally, the study exploresselected ethical and unifying traditions in light of classical hadithcommentaries.the findings reveal that fudayl’s teachings, closely alignedwith those of imam ja‘far al-sadiq (as), emphasize core ethicalprinciples such as ghibṭah (aspirational envy) as a catalyst forpersonal growth while warning against ḥasad (destructive envy),reliance on divine providence (tawakkul), and compassion towardothers. his substantial presence in authoritative sunni and shiasources underscores his significance as both a moral educatorand a unifying figure. furthermore, his teachings and actions—particularly his emphasis on empathy and social justice—offera valuable framework for mitigating sectarian divisions andreinforcing muslim solidarity.
