نگاهی به برخی از مشوّق‌های معرفتی و انگیزشی معطوف به ایفای نقش والدگرانه در آموزه های اسلامی(قرآن و حدیث) و با تحلیل روان شناختی

فرزند آوری و فرزند پروری(والدگری) یکی از نقش های مهم و اساسی والدین در نظام خانواده است. با تتبع و تامل در قرآن کریم و احادیث معصومین علیهم السلام، می توان ادعا نمود که به گونه های مختلف به اهمیت و ارزش شناسی این نقش پرداخته شده است. هدف پژوهش پیش رو، تبیین، تحلیل و استخراج برخی از مشوق های معرفتی و انگیزشی تعبیه شده در آموزه های دینی(قرآن و حدیث) در راستای ایفای نقش والدگرانه همسران در نظام خانواده است. پرسش اساسی این است که در آموزه های دینی(قرآن و حدیث) و در راستای ترغیب والدین به ایفای نقش والدگرانه خویش، چه مشوق های معرفتی و انگیزشی وجود دارد؟روش به کاررفته در این تحقیق، روش تحلیل محتوا است و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، مبتنی بر بررسی متون دینی(قرآن و حدیث)، اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و نظری و تحقیقات تجربی می باشد. با تحلیل آموزه های معطوف به نقش همسران در نظام خانواده می توان ادعا نمود که مهم ترین انتظار اسلام از همسران در کِسوت والدگری، فرزندآوری و فرزند پروری است.در آموزه های اسلامی و به گونه های مختلف، به مشوق های معرفتی، انگیزشی و ترغیبی در راستای تحقق بخشی شایسته به والدگری(فرزند آوری و فرزند پروری) ، وجود دارد. وعده ارتقاء معنوی، نیل به نشاط، رشد مادی، برخورداری از حمایت اجتماعی و افزایش ظرفیت های روان شناختی همسران و والدین در پرتو التزام به نقش والدگرانه، از جلوهای مشوق های معرفتی و انگیزشی اسلام است.

one of the fundamental roles of parents withinthe family system is procreation and parenting(parental care). through a profound analysis ofthe holy quran and the traditions of the infallibles(peace be upon them), it can be argued that islamic teachingsemphasize the cognitive valuation and significance of this role indiverse ways. the objective of this study is to elucidate, analyze,and extract some cognitive and motivational incentives withinreligious teachings (quran and hadith) to facilitate the fulfillmentof parental roles by spouses within the family framework. thecentral research question is: what cognitive and motivationalincentives exist in religious teachings (quran and hadith) toencourage parents to embrace their parental responsibilities?the research methodology is based on qualitative contentanalysis, with data collected through the examination of religioustexts, library resources, theoretical studies, and empiricalresearch. by analyzing teachings related to the role of spousesin the family system, it can be argued that islam’s primaryexpectation of spouses, in their capacity as parents, is consciousprocreation and competency-based parenting. islamic teachingsincorporate various cognitive reinforcements (e.g., enhancingself-awareness), motivational reinforcements (e.g., spiritualrewards), and persuasive mechanisms (e.g., social support) toachieve effective parenting. promises such as spiritual elevation,attainment of eudemonia (enduring psychological well-being),fulfillment of material needs, social support, and strengtheningpsychological capacities (e.g., resilience, self-regulation, andself-efficacy) through adherence to parental roles exemplifythese reinforcement mechanisms in islam.”
