تبیین اصول تدریس اثربخش در تربیت تمام ساحتی از منظر قرآن و روایات

هدف این مقاله روشن‌گری نسبت به اصول ضروری برای اثربخش شدن تدریس در ساحت‌های شش‌گانه تربیتی مد نظر سند تحوّل بنیادین آموزش و پرورش است. پرداختن به این ‌موضوع از دیدگاه دینی به عنوان نمونه ای از مصادیق انجام فریضه «جِهاد تبیین» ضروری و ارزشمند است. بدین منظور لازم است ضمن بهره‌مندی از اطّلاعات علمی و تجارب مرتبط با فعّالیّت‌های آموزشی، معارف و دستورات دقیق و فراوان اسلامی در ارتباط با فرآیند یاددهی-یادگیری نیز تحلیل و بررسی شود. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به بررسی این‌ مباحث و با چارچوب و ملاک‌های قرآنی-روایی در زمینه «آگاهی‌های علمی و فنون تعلیم»، «درک و نگرش علمی»، «روحیّه پژوهش‌گری و حقیقت‌جویی»، «مهارت علمی - فنّاوری» و «کلاس‌داری و مدیریّت روند آموزش» به عنوان اصول تدریس اثر بخش و بر اساس راهبرد شناختی-رفتاری پرداخته است.یافته های تحقیق نشان میدهد، قرآن کریم و روایات معصومین )ع( در ارتباط با اصول یادشده، آموزه های درخور توجه و باارزشی دارد که برای اثربخشی به تدریس به منظور دستیابی به اهداف ساحتهای گوناگون تربیتی راهگشاست.

explaining the principles of effective teaching in all-round education from the perspective of the qur’an and hadiths

the purpose of this article is to enlighten theprinciples necessary for the effectiveness ofteaching in the six educational areas intendedto document the fundamental transformationof education. dealing from this issue from a religious pointof view as an example of an example of the jihad is essentialand valuable. for this purpose, it is necessary to analyze andanalyze the teaching -learning process while utilizing scientificinformation and experiences related to educational activities,education and instructions on the teaching -learning process.this study by descriptive -analytical method to examine thesetopics with quranic frameworks and criteria – validity in thefield of “scientific awareness and education techniques”,“scientific understanding and attitude”, “research spiritualand truth - seeking”, “scientific - technical skills” and “classification and management of education trends »aseffective teaching principles and based on cognitive - behavioralstrategy. the findings of the study show that the holy qur’anand the narrations of the infallibles in relation to the principlesmentioned above have valuable and valuable teachings that areeffective in teaching to achieve the goals of various educationalareas.
