تبیین مدیریت ارتباطات میان‌‌فردی در سیره پیامبران از منظر قرآن کریم

این پژوهش باهدف طراحی الگوی ویژگی‌ها و مهارت‌های ارتباطات میان‌فردی در سیره پیامبران از منظر قرآن کریم با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا، ارتباطات میان‌فردی پیامبران را مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار داده است. پرسش اصلی این است که کدام الگو ویژگی‌ها و مهارت‌های ارتباطات میان‌فردی پیامبران را از منظر قرآن کریم تبیین می‌کند؟ قرآن کریم به‌مثابه کتابی آسمانی، خود وسیله‌ای ارتباطی میان خالق و مخلوق است که در آن پیامبران را اُسوه و امام معرفی می‌کند و شیوه‌های مشترکی از ارتباطات میان‌فردی آنها را بیان کرده؛ لذا باتوجه‌به نیازمندی انسان به الگو، سیره ارتباطی آنها می‌تواند به‌عنوان محور بحث ارتباطات میان‌فردی موردتوجه ویژه قرار گیرد. مروری بر پیشینه و مبانی نظری، نقش مهم مهارت‌های ارتباطی پیامبران را به‌عنوان یک الگوی موثر در تربیت و راهنمایی انسان‌ها نشان می‌دهد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که پیامبران الهی به‌عنوان مدیرانی توانمند، علی‌رغم وجود موانع ارتباطی، با داشتن ویژگی‌های ارتباطی نیکو و با استفاده از مهارت‌های ارتباطی موثر در برقراری و حفظ ارتباطات میان‌فردی موفقیت‌های چشمگیری داشته‌اند در این زمینه می‌توان به خلق نیکو، محبت و دلسوزی، صداقت، مدیریت ارتباطات گفتاری، ارتباطات غیرکلامی، مهارت شنود موثر و ارائه بازخورد اشاره کرد. این ویژگی‌ها و مهارت‌های ارتباطی آنها می‌تواند الگویی موثر برای ارتباطات میان‌فردی ما باشد.

the pattern of characteristics and skills of interpersonalcommunication in the lives of the prophets from theperspective of the holy quran

abstractthis study aims to design a model of interpersonal communication characteristics and skills in the conduct of the prophets from the perspective of the holy quran using a qualitative research method with a content analysis approach. the main question is which model explains the characteristics and skills of the prophets’ interpersonal communications from the perspective of the holy quran. the holy quran, as a divine book, itself serves as a means of communication between the creator and the creature, introducing the prophets as role models and leaders, and outlining common methods of their interpersonal communications. given the human need for role models, their communicative conduct can be particularly relevant to the discussion of interpersonal communications. a review of the literature and theoretical foundations highlights the important role of the prophets’ communication skills as an effective model for guiding and educating people. the findings of the study indicate that despite communication barriers, the divine prophets, as capable leaders, have achieved remarkable success in establishing and maintaining interpersonal communications through possessing commendable communication characteristics and employing effective communication skills. these include good character, love and compassion, honesty, management of verbal communications, non-verbal communications, effective listening skills, and providing feedback. these communication characteristics and skills can serve as an effective model for our interpersonal communications.key words: communication administration, interpersonal communication, prophet’s life. translator: dr mujtaba maqsoodi, associate professor of english department, farhangian university, araq, iran.
