اصول گفتگوی تربیتی در قرآن کریم (مطالعه موردی سوره قصص)

تربیت انسان یکی از مهم‌ترین وظایف بشر و از جمله رسالت‌های اصلی انبیای الهی بوده است. در این میان، گفت‌وگوی تربیتی به‌عنوان ابزاری کارآمد، نقشی اساسی در فرایند تربیت ایفا می‌کند. در این پژوهش، با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی و تبیین اصول گفت‌وگوی تربیتی بر اساس آموزه‌های سوره قصص پرداخته می‌شود تا از این طریق نقش فطرت در گفت‌وگوی تربیتی موثر تبیین گردد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که گفت‌وگوی تربیتی در سوره قصص فرایندی هدفمند و دوسویه بین مربی و متربی است که بر پایه هشت اصل: واقع‌گرایی، بصیرت‌افزایی، توانمندسازی متربی از طریق مشارکت فعال، درک انگیزه متربی، خود کنترلی، رعایت اصول اخلاقی، ارائه برهان و مواجهه منطقی، و جلب اعتماد متربی بنا شده که همگی با فطرت انسانی سازگاری دارند و بر اصل محوری توجه به خدا و ترس از او معطوف هستند. این اصول با ایجاد همدلی و درک متقابل، تفکر انتقادی و رشد شخصی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، پایبندی به اصول، انتخاب آگاهانه، آزادی بیان و ابراز عقیده، موجب شکل‌گیری هویت فرد و رشد استعدادهای فطری او می‌شوند.

principles of educational dialogue in the holy quran (a case study of surah al-qaṣaṣ)

educating humans is one of the most important responsibilities of humanity and one of the main missions of the divine prophets. in this context, educational dialogue serves as an effective tool and plays a fundamental role in the training process. the present study, using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to examine and explain the principles of educational dialogue based on the teachings of surah al-qaṣaṣ, aiming to elucidate the role of human nature in effective educational dialogue. the findings indicate that educational dialogue in surah al-qaṣaṣ is a purposeful and reciprocal process between the educator and the learner, founded on eight principles: realism, enhancing insight, empowering the learner through active participation, understanding the learner’s motivation, self-control, adherence to ethical principles, providing reasoning and logical engagement, and building the learner’s trust. all of these principles are compatible with human nature and focus on the central principle of attention to god and fear of him. by fostering empathy and mutual understanding, critical thinking, personal growth, accountability, adherence to principles, informed choice, freedom of expression, and the ability to articulate opinions, these principles contribute to the formation of the individual’s identity and the development of their inherent talents.
