عوامل نقش آفرین در پایداری نظم اجتماعی با رویکرد مدیریت و تربیت قرآنی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین عوامل نقش آفرین در پایدارسازی نظم اجتماعی با رویکرد مدیریت و تربیت قرآنی است. پرسش اصلی این است که بر اساس مدیریت و تربیت قرآنی چه عواملی میتوانند در ایجاد و پایداری نظم اجتماعی نقش بیافرینند؟ محقق در این پژوهش با توجه به رویکرد کیفی و روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و استنباطی به مطالعات کتابخانه ای می پردازد و با غور در آیات قرآن، تفاسیر و منابع تعلیم و تربیت، مولفه های نقش آفرین در این زمینه را استنباط می کند و به تحلیل چگونگی نقش آفرینی عوامل مربوطه در پایدارسازی نظم اجتماعی می پردازد. یاقته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که دانشمندان جهان غرب عمدتاً بر بقای نظم اجتماعی تاکید دارند و آن را با تداوم هنجارها و الگوهای تعاملی مرتبط میسازند. علی رغم توجه آنان در کلیات عناصر پایدار کننده، قرآن برای ضمانت اجرایی نظم اجتماعی به جزئیات نیز توجه کرده است. در این زمینه می توان به عواملی مانند: جریان سازی نظم و حدت در جامعه، پیشگیری از اختلالات اجتماعی، اجرای عدالت اجتماعی و کاربست قوانین فقهی در جامعه اشاره کرد.

factors contributing to sustainability of social orderwith quranic management and education approach

the purpose of the current research is to explain the factors that play a role in stabilizing the social order with the approach of management and quranic education. the main question is, based on quranic management and education, what factors can play a role in creating and sustaining social order? in this research, the researcher deals with library studies according to the qualitative approach and the descriptive analytical and inferential research method and by considering the quran verses, interpretations and education resources, he infers the role playing components in this field and analyzes how the role playing the relevant factors deal with the stabilization of social order. the research findings show that scientists of the western world mainly emphasize the survival of social order and relate it to the continuity of interaction norms and patterns. despite their attention to the generality of stabilizing elements, the quran has also paid attention to details to guarantee the implementation of social order.in this context, we can point to factors such as: streamlining order and violence in society, prevention of social disorders, and implementation of social justice and application of jurisprudence laws in society
