مولفه های عدالت تربیتی از منظر قرآن کریم

تربیت و نظام تربیتی در هر جامعهای مبتنی بر عدالت موجود در آن است که این عدالت نیز در ابعاد مختلف فرصتها، امکانات، استعدادها و ظرفیتها در سطوح مختلف بنیادین، راهبردی و کاربردی قابل تصور است. در صورت توجه به این مولفه ها، می توان جامعه ای رشد یافته تربیت نمود و در صورت عدم توجه به آن، این جامعه دچار چالشهای رفتاری خواهد شد. با توجه به این مطلب، قرآن کریم در عدالت تربیتی خود، آموزه هایی را بیان میکند که در مدت کوتاه توانست جامعه عرب آن زمان را به رشد نسبی رسانده و در صورت استمرار عمل به این آموزه ها، آن جامعه میتوانست به رشد عالی برسد. جامعه اسلامی ایران نیز نیازمند شناخت این آموزه ها در جهت رشد و تعالی انسانی است. لذا ضرورت دارد که این نوع از آموزه های قرآن کریم بازخوانی گردد. پژوهش حاضر اطلاعات را به صورت کتابخانهای جمع آوری و به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی بررسی مینماید.

education and the education system in every university is based on justice, and this justice can be imagined in different dimensions of opportunities, facilities, talents and capacities at different fundamental, strategic and practical levels. if these components are paid attention to, a developed society can be raised, and if it is not paid attention to, this society will face behavioral challenges. according to this matter, the holy qur’an in its educational justice, expresses teachings that in a short period of time, the arab society of that time was able to achieve relative growth, and if these teachings were continued to be followed, that society could achieve great growth. iran’s islamic society also needs to know these teachings for human growth and excellence. therefore, it is necessary to reread this type of teachings of the holy quran. the current research collects information in a library and examines it in a descriptive analytical way.
