بررسی مولفه های تحقق مکانیسم تنبیه از منظر آموزه های قران

یکی از روش‌های ادیان آسمانی برای تربیت انسان و اصلاح مسیر حرکت او «تنبیه» است. در محیط‌های آموزشی و حرفه‌ای نیز تنبیه راهکاری برای اصلاح مسیر متربیان و کارکنان و دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی است.مقصود ازتنبیه،اتخاذروشی است که به وسیله آن فرد را نسبت به رفتار نادرست وزشت خود آگاه نموده و او را از بدی وکجی بازداشت.با توجه به وجود ساز و کار تنبیه در محیط‌های آموزشی و حرفه‌ای و بروز آسیب‌های احتمالی و نیز نبودِ الگویی جامع برای آن،لازم است این مسئله مورد واکاوی دقیقی قرار گیرد.اهمیت این مسئله تا آنجاست که «تنبیه» به عنوان عاملی بازدارنده یا عبرت گیرنده در نظام تربیتی و تشریعی اسلام بسیار مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است.پژوهش حاضر می کوشد با رویکردی توصیفی،تحلیلی و با روش کتابخانه ای،مولفه های تحقق مکانیسم تنبیه را از منظر آیات مورد بررسی قرار دهد.از مجموع این مباحث،نکاتی قابل برداشت است.از جمله:قدرت مکانیسم تنبیه،تبیین تفاوت معنایی تنبیه،انذار و مجازات،موارد تحقق تنبیه صحیح از قبیل:«ترک اولی»، «ظلم و ستم»،«نقض عهد و پیمان»، «سستی و تنبلی»،«منیت و هوای نفس»،«استکبار گری و غرور» و «شجره ممنوعه».از دستاوردهای مهم این پژوهش، بیان مصادیق صحیح تنبیه و مجازات در آیات قران،و تعیین محدوده این دو است.

investigating the components of the implementation of the punishment mechanism from the perspective of the teachings of the qur’an

punishment is one of the methods of heavenly religions to train man and correct his path. in educational and professional environments, punishment is a way to correct the path of trainers and employees and achieve organizational goals. the purpose of punishment is to adopt a method by which a person is made aware of his wrong and ugly behavior and stops him from doing bad things. considering the existence of the punishment mechanism in educational and professional environments and the occurrence of possible injuries and the absence of a model. comprehensive for that, it is necessary to analyze this issue carefully. the importance of this issue is to the extent that punishment as a deterrent or learning factor has been emphasized a lot in the educational and legislative system of islam. the present study tries to find out the components of the implementation of the punishment mechanism with a descriptive, analytical and library method. examine from the perspective of the verses. some points can be taken from all of these discussions, such as: the power of the punishment mechanism, the explanation of the difference in the meaning of punishment, warning and punishment, the cases of correct punishment such as: symptoms and turning away, exclusion from society, darkness and trouble , deprivation of divine permission, relegation from the status of angels, descent to earth and rejection and exile. one of the important achievements of this research is stating the correct examples of punishment and punishment in the verses of the qur’an, and determining the scope and difference between the two.
