حقوق و وظایف زن درسوره‌ی نساء و استنباط نقش‌های تربیتی آن‌ها

مبحث حقوق و وظایف زنان، به عنوان دو مبحث جدی و به هم پیوسته، جایگاه ویژه‌ای دارد. این امر، از ابعاد: تربیتی، اجتماعی، حقوقی، روان‌شناسی، تاریخی و سیاسی، همواره مورد توجه ادیان و مذاهب مختلف بوده است. نگرش ادیان به این موضوع، نگرشی تاریخی و متفاوت است. در این میان، قرآن در جاهای مختلف و البته به شیوه‌های مختلف، به تبیین ابعادی از این مسئله پرداخته است.ابعادی که هریک به تنهایی مهم است. بعد تربیتی اما، کمتر مورد توجه مفسرین و متخصصین بوده است. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر، با هدف پاسخ به این سوال که از منظر تربیتی جایگاه حقوق و وظایف زن در قرآن را چگونه می‌توان تبیین نمود، صورت گرفت. برای دست‌یابی به این هدف، از روش پژوهش‌های توصیفی- تحلیلی و استنباطی، بهره گرفته شد. این امر در دو گام اصلی و چند مرحله صورت پذیرفت: در گام نخست: سوره نساء و ترجمه‌ی آن چندین بار مطالعه‌ شد. در مرحله‌ی دوم، موضوع‌های خاص هر آیه، احصاء و حدود (118) موضوع در کل (176) آیه سوره بیان گردید.در مرحله‌ی دوم، مختصات واژه‌گان حوزه زنان در این سوره (کلمه، شماره آیه و تعداد تکرار)، در 134مورد احصاء شد. درگام دوم: استنباط دلالت‌های تربیتی از 32 آیه مرتبط با حوزه زنان در85 مورد صورت گرفت و58 استنباط تربیتی حاصل آمد که در 7 موضوع: عقلانی، اخلاقی، دینی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فقهی/ حقوقی، تربیتی، طبقه‌بندی شدند. کاربست یافته‌‌های تربیتی این مقاله در مواجه با نگره قرآنی در باب زنان در سوره نسا، مورد پیشنهاد است.

women’s rights and duties in surah nisa and inferring their educational roles

the topic of women’s rights and duties has a special place as two serious and interconnected topics. this issue has always been the concern of different religions from educational, social, legal, psychological, historical and political aspects. religions’ attitude towards this issue is historical and different. in the meantime, the qur’an has explained aspects of this issue in different places and of course in different ways. each aspect is important on its own. the educational aspect, however, has received less attention from commentators and experts. therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of answering the question of how to explain the position of women’s rights and duties in the qur’an from an educational point of view. to achieve this goal, descriptive-analytical and inferential research methods were used. this was done in two main steps and several stages: in the first step: surah nisa and its translation were studied several times. in the second stage, the specific topics of each verse, statistics and the number of (118) topics in the total (176) verses of the surah were stated. became. in the second step: the inference of educational implications from 32 verses related to the field of women was done in 85 cases and 58 educational inferences were obtained, which were classified into 7 subjects: rational, moral, religious, social, economic, jurisprudence/legal, educational. it is recommended to apply the educational findings of this article in the face of the quranic view of women in surah nasa.
