تبیین ساز و کار تربیتی الگوی اخلاقی در نهج البلاغه با نگاه بر نظریه ی زاگزبستکی

نهج البلاغه و معارف بلند آن ساحتی اخلاقی و تربیتی دارد و از جمله عوامل موثر در تربیت انسان، شناخت الگوهای برتر اخلاقی است. انسان با مشاهده ی عینی رفتارهای مطلوب الگو سعی می کند در نوع رفتار و سبک زندگی خود را شبیه او سازد. از این رو شناخت ساز و کار تربیتی الگوهای اخلاقی، نقش به سزایی در جهت دهی متربی به سوی کمال دارا است. با بررسی در متن نهج البلاغه، از جمله ساز و کارهای تربیتی الگوهای اخلاقی عبارت از شناخت مبانی فکری الگوی اخلاقی که شامل بینش او نسبت به توحید، معاد و دنیاشناسی است و به تبع این مبانی، متربی از اصول رفتاری الگو آگاه می شود و برایش نمونه هایی عینی واجد کشش و جذابیت فراهم می شود که این امر در قالب اخلاق روایی در سخنان امام علی ع بیان شده و سبب ایجاد انگیزه برای تشبه جویی متربی به الگوهای اخلاقی برای نیل به سعادت و کمال می شود. دراین مقاله با روش داده بنیاد، عوامل مذکور درکلام امام (ع) از دیدگاه نهج البلاغه موردبررسی قرارگرفته است.

Explaining Educational Mechanism of Moral Pattern in Nahj albalagha based on Zagzebski’s Theory

Nahj albalagha and its lofty doctrines has a moral and educational presence and one of effective factors in human nurture is knowing superior moral patterns.Through visual observation of the pattern desirable behaviors, the human tries to make herself look like her in her behavior type and life style.Thus, knowing the educational mechanism of moral patterns, plays a key role in directing the educatee to perfection.Exploring the Nahj albalagha context, one of the educational mechanism of moral patterns namely knowing intellectual foundations of the moral pattern which including his insight regarding monotheism, resurrection, and cosmology and due to those foundations, the educatee will be aware of the pattern’s behavioral principles and attractive objective samples is being provided for herself in which that fact is described in the form of narrative morality in IMAM ALI’s speeches and motivates the educatee for similarity searching to moral patterns in order to attain prosperity and perfection.In this paper, the aforementioned factors in IMAM ALI’s words is being investigated from Nahj albalagha’s perspective with “Grounded Theory” method.
