تبیین روش های شخصی سازی فرآیند یاددهی یادگیری در سیره تربیتی امام رضا(ع): رویکرد تحلیل محتوا

توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی فراگیران و شخصی‌سازی فرآیند آموزش متناسب با آن از مهم‌ترین بحث‌های آموزشی در قرن حاضر است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی روش‌های یاددهی – یادگیری است که امام رضا(ع) در زمینه شخصی‌سازی فرآیند یادگیری مورد استفاده قرار می‌داده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی براساس رویکرد گال و همکاران(1994) جهت مشخص کردن روش‌های تربیتی امام رضا(ع) در فرآیند شخصی سازی یادگیری استفاده کرده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه پژوهش‌ها و اسناد در این زمینه بوده است با توجه به هدف پژوهش نمونه‌گیری انجام نشده و کلیه اسناد جامعه آماری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. بدین منظور واحد تحلیل؛ تمامی جملات، پژوهش‌ها و اسناد مکتوب در این زمینه می‌باشد. ابزار پژوهش فیش، چک لیست‌ها و فرم‌های محقق ساخته بوده است. برای تفسیر و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل – توصیفی استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته‌ها روشهای شخصی‌سازی فرآیند یاددهی یادگیری فراگیران را می‌توان در 3 بُعد کلی شامل؛ رویکردشناختی(مشتمل بر روش‌هایی چون؛ پرسش و پاسخ، تسامح، جدال احسن، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، مناظره با توجه به منطق، روش بصیرت دهی، روش استدلالی و آموزش انفرادی)؛ رویکرد عاطفی(مشتمل بر روش‌هایی چون؛ محبت و مهرورزی، تشویق و تبشیر و موعظه) و رویکرد رفتاری( مشتمل بر روش‌هایی چون؛ روش الگودهی) تقسیم کرد. توجه به این روش‌ها در آموزش افراد و فراهم کردن زمینه‌هایی برای متناسب‌سازی هر کدام از این روش‌ها با استعدادهای فراگیران می‌تواند زمینه بهبود فرآیند یادگیری را فراهم آورد.

Explaining the Personalization Methods of the LearningLearning Process in Educational life Imam Reza (AS): Content analysis approach

Attention to individual differences of learners and personalization of the appropriate educational process is one of the most important educational discussions in the current century. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the teachinglearning methods that Imam Reza has used in the field of personalization of the learning process. The present study has used qualitative content analysis method based on the approach of Gal et al (1994) to determine the educational methods of Imam Reza in the process of personalization of learning. The statistical population in this study included all research and documents in this field, according to the purpose of the research, sampling was not performed and all documents of the statistical community were analyzed. For this purpose, the analysis unit; All sentences, research and written documents are in this field. Fish research tools, checklists, and researchermade forms have been developed. Analyticaldescriptive method has been used to interpret and analyze the data. Based on the findings, the personalization methods of the learninglearning process of learners can be included in 3 general dimensions; Cognitive approach (including methods such as question and answer, tolerance, good judgment, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, debating according to logic, the method of insight, the method of reasoning and individual education); Emotional approach (including methods such as love and affection, encouragement, evangelism, and preaching); And divided the behavioral approach (including methods such as the modeling method).
