تعامل با زنان ناشزه و آثار تربیتی آن در قرآن و حدیث

قرآن کریم به مسئله‌ی نشوز زن در آیه 34سوره نساء پرداخته است و راهکاری سه مرحله‌ای برای آن پیشنهاد داده است. فقها با نگاه به تکلیفی بودن این سه مرحله، وظایف مرد در تعامل با زن ناشزه را با اختلاف نظراتی بیان نموده‌اند. اما چرایی و آثار تربیتی هر کدام از این مراحل مورد توجه و مداقه قرار نگرفته است. لذا این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی علاوه بر نگاه به جنبه فقهی به بیان آثار تربیتی پرداخته است. موعظه، هجر در بستر و ضرب تادیبی ذیل عمومیت روش تربیتی امر و نهی قرار می‌گیرند. موعظه به عنوان یک روش تربیتی که جنبه اقناعی و انگیزشی درونی دارد، در صورت رعایت اصول و قواعد حاکم بر آن باعث بیداری فطرت زن و به یاد آوردن نعم الهی و زمینه ساز رشد و شکوفایی استعدادهای او می شود. هجر در بستر به عنوان یک روش تربیتی اصلاحی عاطفی، سبب می‌شود زن از لحاظ عاطفی تحت فشار قرار گرفته و در مورد عصیان و نافرمانی خود تفکر نموده و در نتیجه به اطاعت و فرمانبرداری نسبت به وظایف خانواده متنبه می‌شود. ضرب به شیوه و شرایط خاص که در این مقاله تبیین شده است به عنوان یک تعامل رفتاری، موجبات تهذیب نفس و سامان بخشی به رفتار زن ناشزه می‌گردد.

Interaction with naughty women and its educational effects in Quran and Hadith

The Holy Qur'an deals with the issue of female infertility in verse 34 of Surah AnNisa 'and offers a threestep solution to it. The jurists, considering the obligation of these three stages, have expressed the duties of a man in dealing with an illegitimate woman with different opinions. But the reasons and educational effects of each of these stages have not been considered. Therefore, this article uses descriptiveanalytical method in addition to looking at the jurisprudential aspect to express educational effects. Sermon, Hojr are placed in the context of discipline under the generality of the educational method of commanding and forbidding. Preaching as a method of education that has an persuasive and motivating aspect, if the principles and rules governing it are observed, it will awaken the woman's nature and remind her of the divine blessing and pave the way for the growth and flourishing of her talents. Hojr in bed as a method of emotional correction training, causes the woman to be emotionally pressured and think about her rebellion and disobedience, and as a result, she awakens obedience to the duties of the family. Multiplication in the specific manner and conditions described in this article, as a behavioral interaction, purifies the self and regulates the behavior of the naughty woman.
