تنبیه کودک به منظور تربیت و تادیب از منظر احادیث

این پژوهش در پی آن است تا برداشتی نو از احادیث درباره‌ی تنبیه کودک، به‌منظور تربیت و تادیب او ارائه دهد. احادیث مرتبط به دو دسته تقسیم می‌شوند: دست‌ه ای بر عدم مشروعیت تنبیه کودک دلالت دارند و دسته‌ی دیگر بر خلاف دسته‌ی اول، بر جواز و مشروعیت راهبرند. هر دو دسته از لحاظ دلالت و راه‌حل تعارض میان آن‌ها، بررسی می ‌شوند. بر مبنای آنچه از مفاهیم احادیث پیامبر (ص) و معصومین (ع) برمی‌آید، نباید به شخصیت کودک لطمه‌ای وارد شود؛ زیرا دارای عواطف لطیفی است که در بستر زمان گام به‌گام شکل‌گرفته و به رشد می‌رسد. شکوفایی وی نیازمند محیط آموزش ‌و پرورش سالم و مناسب است. در دوران معاصر، با توجه به پیچیدگی جوامع بشری و افزایش جرائم و بزهکاری، لازم است برای تربیت کودکان، تنبیه مناسب با وضعیت روحی و عاطفی آنان و راهکارهایی مناسب از منظر احادیث به‌دست آورد. نوشتار حاضر با هدف بررسی تنبیه کودک از منظر احادیث به شیوه توصیفی_تحلیلی انجام گرفته است.

Punishment of the Child in order to Educate from the Point of View of the Hadiths

This research seeks to present a new conception of the hadith about punishing the child in the direction of his education and guidance. Hadiths are divided into two categories; one category denotes the legitimacy of punishing the child, and the second category implies the opposite of the first category. Both categories are discussed in terms of the implications of conflict resolution between them. What comes from the concepts of the hadiths of the Prophet (pbuh) and the infallibles (a) is not to harm the child's personality because he has subtle emotions that are shaped and developed in the context. His development requires a healthy and appropriate educational environment. In the contemporary times, due to the complexity of human societies and the increase of crimes and delinquency, it is necessary for the education of children, to receive appropriate punishment with their spiritual and emotional state and appropriate from the point of view of the hadiths .The present article aims to investigate the punishment of the child from the perspective of the hadiths in an analytical descriptive manner.
