تاثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر هماهنگی، انسجام و درگیری بین اعضای تیم حسابرسی

هماهنگی، انسجام و درگیری بین اعضای تیم به عنوان کیفیت تعاملات اجتماعی می‌توانند تاثیر به سزایی بر عملکرد تیمی داشته باشند. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر هماهنگی، انسجام و درگیری بین اعضای تیم حسابرسان مستقل است. در این راستا، داده‌های 181 نفر از کارکنان موسسات حسابرسی خصوصی عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی ایران در کلیه رده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه در سال1400-1401 جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزارهای spss و smart pls تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رهبری اخلاقی مدیر و سرپرست تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر هماهنگی و انسجام بین اعضای تیم حسابرسی دارد و باعث کاهش درگیری بین آنان می‌شود. یافته‌های پژوهش باعث بهبود درک ما از نقش رهبری اخلاقی به منظور بهبود عملکرد تیمی و به تبع کیفیت حسابرسی می‌شود که این موضوع کانون منحصر به فردی را جهت به کارگیری سیاست‌های راهبری و استخدامی موسسات حسابرسی و مبنایی را برای مشخص کردن معیارهای کیفیت حسابرسی برای نهادهای قانون‌گذاری (به عنوان نمونه، جامعه حسابداران رسمی ایران) فراهم می‌کند.

coordination, cohesion and conflict between team members as the quality of social interactions can have a significant impact on team performance. therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on coordination, cohesion and conflict between members of the independent auditors team. in this regard, the data of 181 employees of private auditing institutions, members of the certified public accountants society of iran, were collected through questionnaires in 20212022 and analyzed using structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach and spss and smart pls software. the results of the research show that the ethical leadership of the manager and supervisor has a positive and significant effect on the coordination and coherence between the members of the audit team and reduces the conflict between them. the findings of the research improve our understanding of the role of ethical leadership in order to improve team performance and consequently audit quality, which makes this issue a unique focus for applying the management and employment policies of audit institutions and a basis for specifying audit quality criteria for legislative institutions.
