بررسی عوامل موثر بر تعهد حرفه‌ای دانشجویان حسابداری با استفاده از مدل جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر تعهد حرفه‌ای دانشجویان حسابداری در نتیجه فرآیند جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی و در چارچوب مدل اثر دانشگاه ورودی محیط خروجی است. این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان سال آخر مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه‌های دولتی سراسر کشور در رشته حسابداری تشکیل می‌دهند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز این پژوهش از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط 190 نفر از دانشجویان در سال 1399 جمع‌آوری شده است. به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش کمترین مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر تاثیر مثبت و معنادار انگیزه دانشجویان و مشارکت در فعالیت‌های علمی دانشگاهی آنها بر تعهد حرفه‌ای است. همچنین نتایج بیانگر تاثیر مثبت و معنادار انگیزه دانشجویان بر ادراک از محیط آموزشی دانشگاه و مشارکت در فعالیت‌های علمی دانشگاهی آنها است. افزون بر این، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مشارکت در فعالیت‌های علمی دانشگاهی دانشجویان، در رابطه بین انگیزه و تعهد حرفه‌ای و همچنین در رابطه بین ادراک از محیط آموزشی دانشگاه و تعهد حرفه‌ای، نقش میانجی‌ را ایفا می‌کند. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر این است که مدل ورودی محیط خروجی می‌تواند چارچوب مناسبی را برای بررسی فرآیند جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر تعهد حرفه‌ای دانشجویان حسابداری، به عنوان بازده و دستاورد فرآیند جامعه‌پذیری دانشگاهی فراهم آورد.

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Professional Commitment of Accounting Students Using an Anticipatory Socialization Model

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the professional commitment of accounting students as a result of the anticipatory socialization process and in the framework of the college impact model of inputenvironmentoutput. This study is a descriptive and correlational research and the statistical population of this study consists of accounting final year undergraduate students of public universities across the country. The information required for this study was collected by completing a questionnaire by 190 students in 2020. In order to test the hypotheses, the partial least squares structural equation modelling has been used. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant effect of studentschr motivation and their involvement on professional commitment. The results also show a positive and significant effect of studentschr motivation on the perceived environment and their involvement. In addition, the results suggest that student involvement plays a mediating role in the relationship between motivation and professional commitment as well as in the relationship between perceived environment and professional commitment. The results of this study indicate that the inputenvironmentoutput model can provide a suitable framework for examining the process of anticipatory socialization and explaining the factors affecting the professional commitment of accounting students, as the outcome of the anticipatory socialization process.
