تاثیرچرخه های جنسی زنان و کارکردهای اجرایی و بازشناسی هیجانی

هدف: هدف این مطالعه، تعیین تاثیر چرخه‌های جنسی زنان بر کارکردهای اجرایی و بازشناسی هیجانی بود.روش:پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای است که یک گروه از زنان را در سه مرحله جنسی (خونریزی، فولیکولار، و لوتئال) مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 30 زن داوطلبِ سالم 20 الی 40 ساله از شهر اصفهان بودند که بصورت در دسترس، و با توجه به معیارهای ورود به پژوهش، از شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل نرم‌افزار آزمون دسته‌بندی کارت‌های ویسکانسین، نرم‌افزار آزمون استروپ، نرم افزار آزمون ان بک، و مقیاس بازشناسی هیجان چهره مونتانیا و همکاران (2007) بود. یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر، تفاوتی در کارکردهای اجرایی و بازشناسی هیجان چهره‌ای در چرخه‌های مختلف جنسی در زنان ایرانیِ سالم 20 تا 40 ساله، مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه، یافته‌های اخیر با تکنولوژی‌های مغزنگاری نشان داده اند که سطح هورمون ها در مغز، هم ساختار و هم عملکرد مغز را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند، بررسی های بیشتر با ابزار های دقیق‌تر برای تعیین اثرات هورمون ها بر کارکردهای شناختی و اجرایی و پردازش چهره ای، لازم است. زیرا، به نظر می رسد این تفاوت ها چنان ظریف هستند که ابزارهایی مانند ئآزمون های استفاده شده در این پژوهش، قادر به تشخیص آن نبودند.

the effect of women's sexual cycles on executive functions and emotional recognition

aim: the aim of this study was to determine the effect of women’s sexual cycles on executive functions and emotional recognition. method: the present study is a descriptive causal-comparative study that studied a group of women in three sexual stages (bleeding, follicular, and luteal). the research sample consisted of 30 healthy female volunteers aged 20 to 40 years from the city of isfahan who were selected from isfahan by available means and according to the inclusion criteria. data collection tools included wisconsin card classification test software, stroop test software, nbk test software, and montania et al. (2007) emotion recognition scale. results: according to the results of repeated measures analysis of variance, there was no difference in executive functions and recognition of facial emotion in different sexual cycles in healthy iranian women aged 20 to 40 years. conclusion: given that recent findings with brain imaging technologies have shown that hormone levels in the brain affect both brain structure and function, further studies with more accurate tools to determine the effects of hormones on cognitive and executive functions and face processing is necessary. because, these differences seem to be so subtle that tools such as the tests used in this study, could not detect it.
