اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظه‌کاری در کودکان مبتلا به نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی

مقدمه:در کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی، نقص هایی در کارکردهای اجرایی بخصوص حافظه کاری دیده می شود. با توجه به اهمیت اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی در این کودکان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی در بهبود حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی انجام شد.روش :پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با ﻃﺮﺡ پیشﺁﺯﻣﻮن ﭘﺲﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ و ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﮐﻨﺘﺮﻝ بود. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان 7 تا 12 سالی بود که توسط کارشناسان روانشناسی مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش کرمانشاه مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی تشخیص داده شده بودند. 20 نفر از آنها به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. از هردو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله آزمون گرفته شد. افراد گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه (هفته ای 2 جلسه 1 ساعته) درمان توانبخشی شناختی کاپیتان لاگ نسخه 2014 دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل درمانی دریافت نکردند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه کانرزفرم والدین، مقیاس سنجش کانرزفرم معلم و آزمون حافظه کاری انبک بود. داده ها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده ازspss23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج بیانگر آن بود که بین دو گروه بعد از تمرینات توانبخشی شناختی، در نمره حافظه کاری تفاوت معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری:بنابراین چنین می توان نتیجه گرفت که توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود حافظه کاری در کودکان دارای نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی موثر است

The Effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on improvement of working memory in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder

Aim: In children with ADHD, defects inworking memory are also recognized. Regarding the importance of the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on improvement of executive functions in children with ADHD, the aim of this study was to measure the effectiveness of computer cognitive rehabilitation on improvement of executive function of working memory in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder. Method: The present study was semiexperimental design with pretest and posttest with control group. In this study, children aged 7 to 12 years who were diagnosed with (ADHD) by psychological experts of the counseling center of Kermanshah were selected. 20 people were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were pretest and posttest before and after the intervention. The experimental group received 12 sessions of the Captain’s Log Mind Power Builder 2014 and the control group did not receive treatment. Data collection tools include the ConnersParent’s Questionnaire, the ConnersTeacher Form and AnBack work memory test. Findings: The results of the findings indicated that there was a significant difference between the two experimental and control groups after the cognitive rehabilitation exercises. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that computer cognitive rehabilitation is effective on improving the performance of working memory in ADHD children
