تاثیر بسته مداخلات بهنگام عصب‌- روانشناختی بر عملکرد حرکتی کودکان با تاخیر رشدی

مقدمه:پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر بسته مداخلات بهنگام عصب–روانشناختی بر عملکرد  حرکتی کودکان با تاخیر رشدی انجام گرفت.روش : روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. به این منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با توجه به ملاک های ورود به پژوهش از بین کودکان 4 تا 6 ساله با تاخیر رشدی شهر تبریز که در سال تحصیلی 971396 در مهدکودک ها و مراکز پیش دبستانی مشغول به تحصیل بودند تعداد 30 کودک انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده و در پژوهش شرکت داده شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات ازآزمون غربالگری رشدی denverii که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شده است، استفاده گردید. داده های به دست آمده  با آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss22 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده در متغیرهای حرکتی ظریف و درشت نشان داد که بین عملکرد آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد       (0.05 > p). نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که بسته مداخلات بهنگام عصب – روانشناختی منجر به افزایش عمکرد حرکتی ظریف و درشت در کودکان تاخیر رشدی شده است و از این بسته می توان در توانبخشی و بهبود مهارت های حرکتی کودکان استفاده کرد.

The Effectiveness of Neuropsychological Early Interventions Package on Motor Performance of Children with Developmental Delay

Aim : The aim of the present study was to Effectiveness of Neuropsychological Early Interventions Package on Fine and Gross Motor Performance of Children with Developmental Delay. The research method was a pretestposttest quasiexperimental design with followup and control group. The research population consisted of 46 yearold children with developmental delay who were under training in kindergartens and preschool centers in Tabriz. The multistage random sampling method was employed in such a way that three regions were selected randomly and from each of them, three kindergartens and preschool centers were randomly selected. The Developmental screening test (DenverII) was administered on children for screening, and the number of 30 students with development Motor (Fine and Gross)delays and enjoyed inclusion criteria were randomly selected and divided into two experimental and control groups Afterwards a 16session neuropsychological intervention program was performed on the experimental group and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed by the repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS 22. Findings: The results indicated that there was a significant difference between the subjects in the experimental group and control group in terms of Fine and Gross performance in posttest and follow up stages (P Conclusion: As a result, it can be concluded that a neuropsychological interventions package has led to an increase in Fine and Gross Motor performance in children with developmental delays.
