فراتحلیل بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات حافظه فعال در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه_بیش‌فعالی و مقایسه حافظه فعال آن ها با کودکان عادی

مقدمه: اختلال نارسایی توجه_بیش فعالی یکی از شایع ترین اختلالات مزمن رشدی است که همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران و درمانگران قرار داشته است. تاکنون پژوهش های متعددی  به منظور ارزیابی و نیز بهبود مشکلات شناختی از جمله عملکرد حافظه فعال در کودکان مبتلا به این اختلال انجام شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر جمع آوری و ترکیب نتایج این پژوهش ها و محاسبه اندازه اثر آن ها با استفاده از الگوی پژوهشی فراتحلیل به منظور دستیابی به دیدی جامع تر در زمینه میزان تفاوت بین حافظه فعال کودکان مبتلا به نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی با کودکان سالم و نیز میزان اثربخشی مداخلات انجام شده بر روی آن است. روش:از بین پژوهش های متعدد انجام شده در این زمینه، 23 پژوهش (10 مقایسه و 13 مداخله) که از لحاظ روش شناختی مورد قبول بودند، انتخاب شدند و فراتحلیل بر روی آن ها انجام گرفت. ابزار این پژوهش چک لیست فراتحلیل بود. یافته ها: یافته های فراتحلیل نشان دادند که اندازه اثر مقایسه حافظه فعال در کودکان مبتلا به نارسایی توجه_بیش فعالی با کودکان عادی 21/1 (001/0>p) و اندازه اثر مداخلات مختلف بر حافظه فعال این کودکان 87/1 (001/0>p)است. نتیجه گیری: طبق جدول کوهن هر دو اندازه اثر به دست آمده در این پژوهش در حد بالاست و این تاییدکننده وجود تفاوت بین حافظه فعال کودکان مبتلا به نارسایی توجه_بیش فعالی با کودکان سالم و نیز نشان دهنده موثر بودن مداخلات انجام شده در این زمینه است.

Meta-analysis of The Effectiveness Working Memory Interventions in Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Comparing Their Working Memory with Normal Children

Aim: Hyperactivity disorder is one of the most common chronic developmental disorders that has always been of interest to researchers and therapists. So far, several studies have been conducted to evaluate and improve cognitive problems such as working memory function in children with this disorder. The purpose of this study was to collect and combine the results of these studies and calculate their effect size using a metaanalysis research model in order to achieve a more comprehensive view on the difference between the working memory of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with healthy children, as well as the effectiveness of interventions on it. Method: 23 studies (10 comparisons and 13 interventions) that were accepted methodologically were selected and metaanalysis was performed on them. The tool was a metaanalysis checklist. Findings: The metaanalysis findings showed that the effect size of the comparison of working memory in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with normal children was 1.21 (p Conclusion: According to Cohen table, both sizes of the effect obtained in this research are high and this confirms the existence of the difference between the working memory of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and healthy children and also shows the effectiveness of the interventions
