بررسی میزان تمایل روستاییان به تشکیل تعاونی گیاهان دارویی جهت کارآفرینی در منطقه هزار جریب بهشهر

شرکت تعاونی سازمانی اقتصادی اجتماعی است که از تجمع افراد به منظور ایجاد اشتغال در زمینه خاصی برای رسیدن به اهداف مشترک اعضا بوجود آمده است. این سازمان بهره کشی از فرد را طرد می کند و هدف اصلی آن کارآفرینی، جمع ارزش های انسانی و اخلاقی با هدف های اقتصادی است. در زمینه گیاهان دارویی در منطقه هزار جریب شهرستان بهشهر در سطح تقریباً 10 هکتار و به طور آزمایشی کار آغاز شده است که جهت توسعه آن نیاز به حمایت بیشتری از سوی نهادهای ذیربط احساس می گردد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور سنجش زمینه تشکیل شرکت تعاونی گیاهان دارویی در شهرستان بهشهر (بخش یانه سر) جهت کارآفرینی و ایجاد فرصت های شغلی جدید صورت گرفته است. از میان 33 روستای بخش یانه سر تعداد 10 روستا به روش تصادفی (به کمک جدول اعداد تصادفی) انتخاب گردیدند و در هر روستا از لیست مالکین اراضی، 5 نفر به روش تصادفی برای تکمیل پرسش نامه ها انتخاب شدند. سطح سنجش این مطالعه مقیاس اسمی بوده و از آزمون همبستگی گودمن در بررسی متغیر ها استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که تمایل افراد به عضویت در شرکت های تعاونی با شغل اصلی افراد، مشکلات تولید، میزان رضایت مندی و آشنایی افراد مورد مطالعه با وظایف شرکت تعاونی، رابطه معنی دار نداشته و با سن کشاورزان، میزان تحصیلات افراد، مالکیت اراضی زراعی، نوع محصول زراعی تولیدی، سابقه تولید گیاهان دارویی، سابقه عضویت در شرکت های تعاونی موجود رابطه معنی دار دارد. همچنین، کشاورزان به دلایلی از جمله عدم آشنایی با انواع گیاهان دارویی قابل کشت، طریقه تولید آنها و عدم اطمینان و رضایت از درآمد مناسب حاصل از تولید و فروش این گیاهان تمایلی برای کشت این گیاهان نشان نمی دهند.

Assess the Willingness of Villagers to Medicinal Plants Cooperative for Entrepreneurship in the Hezarjarib Area, Behshahr

Cooperative company is an economic social organization that formed for gatherings of the people freely and voluntarily, in order to create jobs in specific fields to achieve the common goals of the members. Cooperation will banish trafficking and exploitation of persons and its main objective is entrepreneurship, collection of human and moral values ​​with economic objectives. In the field of medicinal plants in the Hezarjarib Region of Behshahr has started some works in about 10 acres that need to more support from relevant institutions. This study was designed to measure the formation of medicinal plants cooperative in Behshahr (Yanesar section) to entrepreneurship and new job opportunities. 10 villages randomly (Using a random number table) were selected among the 33 villages, and five land owners were selected in each village randomly to complete the questionnaire. This study level was nominal scale and Goodman's correlation test was used to evaluate variables. The results showed that the people wanting to join the cooperatives had no significant correlation with production problems, the people jobs and their satisfaction familiarity but was significant about farmers' age, educational level, and land ownership, kind of crop production, history of medicinal plants production and cooperative membership history. However, the farmers don rsquo;t tend to the medicinal plants cultivation because of unfamiliarity of medicinal plants kinds for cultivate and production, lack of confidence and satisfaction of good income from production and sale of these plants.
