ارزشیابی کیفیت خدمات آموزش درس کارآفرینی با استفاده از الگو سروکوال (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان)

ضرورت توجه به ارائه با کیفیت و کاربردی درس کارآفرینی جهت خوداشتغالی دانشجویان رشته های علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در دانشگاه ها حائز اهمیت می باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزشیابی کیفیت خدمات آموزش درس کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق 168 نفر از دانشجویان در سال 98 بودند که درس کارآفرینی را گذرانده بودند و به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبق ه ای، حجم نمونه 120 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه استاندارد سروکوال بود که روایی آن از سوی اعضای هیات علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 0.7 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین ادراک و انتظار دانشجویان در هر پنج بعد پرسشنامه سروکوال شکاف منفی وجود داشته است به گونه ای که بیشترین شکاف در بعد تضمین (0.241-) و کمترین شکاف در بعد پاسخگویی (0.158-) وجود داشت. با توجه به یافته های تحقیق پیشنهاد می شود محیطی جذاب و پویا در کلاس جهت درک و آشنایی بیشتر اساتید درس، با روحیات و توقعات دانشجویان ایجاد شود. اساتید جهت تبادل نظر، آشنانمودن دانشجویان با محیط کار و اشتغال در آینده، همدلی و انعطاف پذیری در کلاس، دسترسی آسان به اساتید، اختصاص ساعاتی جهت مشاوره به دانشجویان و ارائه درس به شکلی منظم و مرتبط با یکدیگر و مشارکت دانشجویان در مباحث درسی می توانند ادراکات را در حد انتظار افزایش دهد که در این رابطه نظام آموزش عالی را در جهت افزایش کیفیت آموزش کمک نماید.

Evaluation of the Quality of Entrepreneurship Course Education Services Using SERVQUAL Model (Case Study: Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources)

It is important to pay attention to the quality and applicability of entrepreneurship courses for selfemployment of students of agricultural sciences and natural resources in universities. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of entrepreneurship education services provided by students of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The statistical population of the study consisted of 168 students who had completed entrepreneurship course in 98 and were selected as the sample of the study. Using Cochran formula and stratified random sampling, the sample size was 120 persons. The research tool was a standard SERVQUAL questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by faculty members of Agricultural Extension and Education Department of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a negative gap between students' perception and expectation in all five dimensions of SERVQUAL questionnaire, with the highest gap in guarantee dimension ( 0/241) and the lowest gap in responsiveness ( 0/158). According to the research findings, it is suggested to create an attractive and dynamic classroom environment for students 'understanding and expectations of students' moods and expectations. Teachers to exchange ideas, introduce students to the future workplace and employment, empathy and flexibility in the classroom, easy access to professors, allocate hours for student counseling, and provide regular and interconnected lessons, and student participation in classroom discussions. They can increase perceptions as expected, in which case the higher education system will improve the quality of education.
